It is poetic description on paper making and type printing which have historic meaning on publishing. From then on, civilization smriti has broken out of the trap of time and space and character became the important symbol about the distant. Digital publishing is the third revolution the same as previously on the publishing. The invention and application of digital technique has changed traditional publishing completely beyond our cognition and imagination far and away.Based on the profound effect on the publishing, the paper chooses the profit model of digital publishing as study point, run through its industry chain and summarizes the profit models in being. Besides, the enterprise of digital publishing is analyzed from strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats through case study method.The company's profit is gained from appreciation and industry chain traces the increasing in value of digital product and service. It's very important to make clear the digital publishing's industry chain. The third chapter pays more attention to the structure of its industry chain. The industry chain of digital industry has shaped tentatively now. In the chain, the upstream is content provider made up of press, newspaper, magazine and record office, content and service provider of mobile phone and electronic game's company, the middle section is service and operation provider, and the downstream is distribution channels to the customers. At the same time, with broadening the value-added space in the digital publishing industry, content and technique are trending towards all-in-one. The forth chapter is key passage of the paper, which concludes main profit models of digital publishing in being. According the difference of profit coming, the profit model is divided into two types. One is based product deal, and the other is based service providing. Additionally, the profit model based product deal can be divided into customer charge type and"the third people"charge type. The ending of the chapter inspects and analyzes the enterprise strategy through"Five Strength Competition Model"and"SWOT"theory.Digital publishing has become important part of the international culture communication. Although various problems influence its profit developing, we still should look forward to its future. After all, it is the hope of the publishing.
