Students are the subjects of teaching activities.The teaching styles of teachers somewhat influence the cultivation thinking ability,formation of ideological morality,improvement of aesthetic taste and development of good personality of students.Teaching style is developed based on constant experience-accumulation and improvement.Taking special-grade teacher Xue Fagen of Jiangsu Province as an example,the paper studies and sorts out the writings,articles and course videos of Xue Fagen,analyzes his teaching style and finds out the reasons for the formation of his teaching style.It is expected that the case study could provide some typical cases with reference meanings for C hinese teachers as well as some reference and enlightenment for teachers to form their own teaching styles.Based on the analysis of teaching style,this paper emphatically expounds Xue Fagen's teaching style—“being simple,humorous,wise,clear and foundation-oriented”as well as the practice and views of Xue Fagen's chunk teaching.In the paper,the teaching notion of “Four Trends” has been analyzed,which means “being oriented to wisdom,life,integration and application”.The reasons for the formation of Xue Fagen's style of teaching Chinese have been discussed as well,which has been jointly developed by internal factors and external environmental factors.Finally,Xue Fagen's style of teaching Chinese has been analyzed in details from the perspectives of text analysis,design of teaching procedure and teacher's feedback to student's answering-question in class,and the enlightenment of Xue Fagen's style on the research and practice of Chinese teaching has been elaborated as well.
