In recent years,the research of the flipped classroom has a great impact on the educational circles of our country,and has set off a wave of application and experimental research in various disciplines,which opens up a new path for the traditional classroom teaching and provides a new method.The main features of this kind of teaching mode is the "knowledge" and "knowledge" aspects of the exchange,can effectively solve the existing problems in the teaching of physical education,to stimulate students' interest in learning,improve the ability of independent learning,play the subjective initiative of students,improve the body quality level,ultimately conducive to the development of lifelong sports.In this study,access to a large number of relevant research on flipped classroom,based on the analysis of the connotation of the flipped classroom,referring to the domestic and foreign successful cases of flipping the classroom,combined with their own teaching practice,the use of more than half a year of internship time,and using the method of experiment.Four classes of grade one or two in Junior Middle School of Zhuhai secondary school in Wan Chai with the flip classroom teaching mode of teaching experiment for one semester,and the data were analyzed according to the test results.First of all,reading a large number of domestic and foreign relevant flipped classroom and teaching literature,and analyzed and summarized,to flip the classroom in the sports teaching application rationality combs;secondly,by using the method of questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the pre-test and post test of the students,from the physical education the status quo,learning objective,sports junior middle school sports teaching implementation of the flipped classroom feasibility,and their own conditions on the four aspects of the Wan Chai middle school sports teaching situation analysis;by the end of the examination scores of the experimental students to analysis than the feasibility of this teaching mode in the teaching of physical education and the deficiency of.The results show that:(1)turn over the classroom to improve the junior high school students' ability to learn sports.(2)turn over the class to improve the students'enthusiasm,interest in learning and interpersonal skills.(3)turn over the class is beneficial to improve students' physical performance and physical fitness.(4)after theoretical analysis and experimental proof,it is feasible to apply flipped classroom teaching in PE Teaching in junior high school.The suggestions for the development of physical education are as follows:(1)extensive practice research,rich in flipped classroom teaching theory.(2)improve the comprehensive quality of teachers.(3)improve and perfect the teaching management system(4)to establish and perfect the large Mu class center.
