With the rapid development of Internet technology and the reform of education and teaching in the new era of the 21 st century,the educational form combined with information technology has become a new trend of the development of modern education.The traditional teaching mode adopts a "adaptive" teaching form,ignoring the overall development of students.In the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Programme(2010-2020),the requirements for the use of information resources to promote the development of students’ skills in all aspects are clearly defined.Under the background of the increasingly developed network information age,the teaching staff who stick to the post of school education make the field of education by closely combining the work of information technology in school education Significant changes have been made.Based on the SPOC flipping classroom,it shows the teaching mode adapted to the information age and subverts the traditional classroom teaching.It changes the role between teachers and students in the traditional teaching mode.Before class,teachers share the teaching content with students in the form of short video,picture or text.During the past ten years,the teaching achievements of flipping classroom based on SPOC at home and abroad mainly focus on the applied research and related theoretical research of cultural curriculum,and on the Most of the teaching practice research in SPOC is carried out in colleges and universities,but the integration of SPOC into junior high school physical education is rarely seen in the classroom.Therefore,how to combine small scale and exclusive online education resources with junior high school physical education curriculum teaching to improve the quality of physical education in junior high schools is the main research problem of this paper.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,the experiment method,the interview method and so on research analysis to the flipping classroom teaching physical education theory knowledge and the teaching present situation,through the flipping classroom in the junior high school physical education teaching practice,carries on the analysis and the experiment research in the guide case design,the teaching link,the student study interest and the motive and the cultivation and so on.The eight classes of the eighth grade in the fourth middle school of Dongguan City were observed and understood before the experiment,and two similar classes were selected for the experiment.The eighth grade(1)class was the control class and the eighth grade(2)class was the experimental class.Physical skills,knowledge,interest in learning and The learning motivation was pre-tested,the motor skills in the course of the experiment was monitored,the above test indicators were carried out after the experiment,and part of the students were interviewed to grasp the learning situation of students,and put forward good countermeasures and suggestions.Through the three-month SPOC flipping classroom in the experimental study of junior high school physical education teaching,the results show that :(1)SPOC flipping classroom teaching improves the physical quality of student’s theory and technical achievements.(2)SPOC flipping classroom teaching improves students’ interest in physical education.(3)SPOC the teaching of flipping classroom to improve students’ learning motivation has a better effect.(4)SPOC flipping classroom teaching provides new ideas for physical education teaching.
