Due to the acceleration of economic development and urbanization,a large number of rural labor choose to work in cities to earn money,and their children are left at home to be taken care of by the elderly.As a result,a large number of left-behind children are born.Children lack the companionship of their parents during their growth period,and are prone to have bad feelings such as inferiority,which makes them afraid to communicate with others and low self-efficacy in interpersonal communication,which is not conducive to normal socialization of children.Based on the self-efficacy theory and group dynamics theory,this paper takes the left-behind children in Y village as the research object to study their interpersonal self-efficacy.Firstly,the interpersonal self-efficacy scale was used to measure their self-efficacy,and on the basis of processing and analyzing the data of the effective scale,the conclusion was drawn that their interpersonal self-efficacy was low.Secondly,interview some left-behind children to further understand the reasons and performance of their low interpersonal self-efficacy,and conduct needs assessment.Then,after comprehensive consideration of all aspects,8 left-behind children were selected to participate in group activities.Under the guidance of professional theories,the author carried out group activities with the methods and skills of group work,and evaluated the implementation process and results of group activities with relevant scales.The results showed that after 6 sections of group activities,the service objects were more confident in interpersonal communication.More dare to communicate with others,to a certain extent,improve their interpersonal self-efficacy.In addition to the intervention and intervention of social work,it also needs the strong support of the country and society.society is needed to establish a more perfect interpersonal communication support system for rural left-behind children,so as to better solve the difficulties they face in interpersonal communication and enhance their interpersonal self-efficacy.
