The Influence Of Social Integration On The Second Child Fertility Desire Of The Migrants

Since the implementation of the "Comprehensive Two-Child" policy,the fertility willingness of the two children of our country has received extensive attention from the academic community.As a large-scale group,the floating population will have an impact on the size and structure of our country's population,which should be brought to the attention of the academic community.At the same time,due to the special status of the floating population,the social integration of this group in the inflowing place may have a certain impact on the fertility willingness of the two children,and there are still few studies on this aspect.Therefore,this paper attempts to analyze the factors affecting the fertility willingness of the two populations from the perspective of social integration,in order to provide some reference for the formulation of the government's reproductive policies.Based on the statistics and analysis of the dynamic monitoring data of mobile population in Hunan Province in 2017,this paper describes the fertility willingness and social integration of the floating population in Hunan Province,and analyzes the economic integration,relationship integration,cultural integration and system of social integration.The five dimensions of integration and psychological integration affect the fertility of the two-children.Through the analysis of the above problems,it is found that:(1)O nly 19.1% of the floating population in Hunan Province has the intention of giving birth to a second child in the past two years,which indicates that the current two-children's willingness to live in Hunan is weak.(2)The social integration of floating population in Hunan Province is at a general level,in which cultural and psychological integration is better than economic,relationship and institutional integration.(3)Social integration has a certain impact on the fertility willingness of the two children of the floating population,and there are differences in the degree of influence and direction of influence of the two dimensions on the childbearing will of the two children.Among them,economic integration has the greatest impact on the fertility willingness of the two children.In addition,high professional status,temporary residence permit and high degree of psychological integration will increase the willingness of the twochildren of the floating population,while the stable housing and the preservation of home customs and habits will weaken the willingness of the two-children to live,the average monthly income of the family,the main exchanges Object,organizational involvement,and political participation do not affect the fertility of the two-children.In general,the results of this study confirm the adaptation hypothesis to a certain extent.(4)In terms of personal and family characteristics,older and already born boys will reduce the fertility willingness of the two-children of the floating population.The age of first marriage and the high level of education will increase the willingness of the two children of the floating population.The policy inspiration of the above research is that in order to guarantee the implementation effect of the comprehensive two-child policy,the government should promote the economic integration and institutional integration of the floating population,and the floating population should pay attention to the improvement of its comprehensive quality.
