Career adaptability makes reference individuals' abilities to achieve balance along with the transformations of different professional roles,and is deemed as a key competency for one's occupational success in the quickly changes on the outside contemporary society.For a long period,college students' employment and career development has always been the focus of the modern society.Therefore,the research of career adaptability for psychological significance of college students become a research hotshot in the field of career development.Given the positive impact of career adaptability on career development of college students,personality factors as has become the focus of the relevant factors.In contrast to the previous study of the influence of the "Big Five Personality" studies,this study takes perfectionism as a research perspective,based on the theory of dual perfectionism,trying to analyze the inherent influence mechanism of college students' dual perfectionism personality traits on individual career adaptability.Previous studies have shown that,perfectionism is closely related to individual career expectations,career aspirations and social adaptation issues.Based on the analysis of above,in this study,using career optimism and career decision-making difficulties as a dual perfectionism affect the individual career adaptability of the intermediary factors for analysis.In this study,the research tools used were first revised..On the basis of the validity of "Chinese Positive and Negative Perfectionism" and "Occupational Awareness Scale",as an effective measurement tool for this study.Secondly,it examines the influence mechanism of dual perfectionism through career optimism on college students' career decision-making difficulties.Finally,the research analyzes the dual perfectionism through professional career decision-making difficulties and career optimism affect the internal mechanism of college students' career adaptability.Through the analysis of this study,the conclusions are:(1)In the context of China's localization culture,"Chinese positive and negative perfectionism" and "career ambition scale" has good reliability and validity,can be used as an effective measurement tool;(2)The two dimensions of perfectionism,both positive and negative perfectionism are positively predict college students' career decision-making difficulties,and career optimism has a mediating effect between double perfectism and career decision-making difficulties;(3)The double perfectionism predicts the individual's career resilience and the multiple optimism between career optimism and career decision-making difficulties between double perfectionism and career resilience is not established?...
