This paper takes the college students as the research object,on College Students' Perfectionism,career adaptability and career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire,and on the basis of analysis of variance was used to test the mediating effect test of statistical methods to conduct a comprehensive,in-depth analysis.On College Students' Perfectionism,career adaptability and research career decision-making difficulties are as follows: first,college students' positive perfectionism and negative perfectionism scores were high,college students tend to pursue perfection in life and study;freshman positive perfectionism and negative perfectionism were lower than the other grade students;parents to participate in their own occupation career planning of college students significantly negative perfectionism higher participation of students;secondly,students' career adaptability for career development is not balanced,debugging the highest score,the lowest score of career control dimension,the other dimension scores in college students' career adaptability moderate;gender variables is not significant;professional interest and consistent college students' career adaptability were significantly higher than the students finally inconsistent;to a certain extent,career decision-making difficulties facing college students;second Grade students the highest degree and career decision-making difficulties as the grade increases gradually decreased.College Students' positive perfectionism,negative perfectionism,significantly related to career adaptability and career decision-making difficulties of the relationship between the four.Positive perfectionism has negative effect on the career decision-making difficulties,and the mediating role of career adaptability in them;negative perfectionism play a positive predictive role in the career decision-making difficulties,and career adaptability in plays the part of the intermediary role.Based on the questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis,put forward the following suggestions:first,to encourage students to actively and firmly pursue positive perfectionism,promote the positive influence of positive perfectionism,reduce the negative impact ofnegative perfectionism.At the same time to promote students in the pursuit of perfectionism to persevere,not just the pursuit of "immediate" perfect.Two.According to the college students' career adaptability development is not balanced,put forward by the school,family and students themselves and other ways to improve college students' career adaptability.Three,through the rational understanding and using perfectionism,enhance students' career adaptability and a series of measures to improve the career decision-making ability,reduce the career decision-making difficulties.
