In the preparatory stage of career exploration, career decision-making difficulties faced by young college students worth attention. The career decision-making difficulties mean that facing the career final decision, individual do not know what kind of job to engage or it’s difficult to choose one from several professions. Nowadays, it has become a common phenomenon that career decision-making difficulties faced by university students are in the high level. This has been affected students’ employment. Thus reducing the level of students’ career decision-making difficulties to become college students’ employment has become an issue of great concern to college students’ employment. In this study, we introduce two additional variables when we research on students’ career decision-making difficulties:social skills and career decision-making self-efficacy. Social skills refer to the individual intervention, adaptation, development, coordination and the ability to dispose of social relations. Career decision-making self-efficacy refers to the belief of the individual’s ability to engage a particular occupation. Through the analysis of the previous literature, we find that most of the current research is found around the relationship between social skills and career decision-making self-efficacy. The study combining the college students’ social skills, career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulties is not yet seen.To explore the relationship among the social skill, career decision-making self-efficacy and the career decision-making difficulty, in this study, we use Revised Chinese University-students Social Skill Inventory compiled by Lv Lu, Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Inventory compiled by Long Lirong and Career Decision-making Difficulties Inventory compiled by Li Na. Totally 500 questionnaires were sent out and 467 valid ones were retrieved in Southwest University. The effective rate was 93.4%.Conclusions are as follows:1. There were no significant statistics differences in different profession,different grade,different hometown, practice experience,singleton and no singleton in the social sklls.But there were significant statistics differences in different gender in various dimensions and overall performance.2. There were no significant statistics differences in different gender, different profession, different hometown, singleton and no singleton in the career decision-making self-efficacy. The results showed significant difference in different grade, different practice experience.3. There were no significant statistics differences in different gender, different profession, different garde, different hometown, singleton and no singleton in the career decision-making difficulties. The results showed significant difference in different practice experience.4. Between college students’ social skills and career decision making difficulties was a significant negative correlation,and social skills for career decision making difficulties regression analysis showed that social skills can negatively predict career decision making difficulties.5. Between college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision making difficulties has significant negative correlation, and decision-making self-efficacy for career decision making difficulties regression analysis showed that career decision-making self-efficacy can negatively predict career decision making difficulties.6. Between college students’ social skills and career decision-making self-efficacy has significant positive correlation, regression analysis suggests that social skills can positively predicted career decision-making self-efficacy.7. College students’ social skills play the role of intermediary part in college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision making difficulties.
