Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea,economic and trade exchanges have developed rapidly.At the same time many scholars on the language characteristics of the two countries launched a lot of research,especially the newspaper title language.The research focuses on the differences and similarities of the language used in the titles of Korean newspaper"Chosun Daily" and "People’s Daily".The introduction part mainly introduces the purpose of research,methods and status,and the first chapter is based on the previous research to be a comprehensive analysis of the newspaper title of the definition,function and type of reorganization.From the second chapter to the fourth chapter this research carried on a detailed contrast analysis of Chinese and Korean newspaper titles in terms of vocabulary,syntax and rhetoric.First of all,the Chinese and Korean newspapers titles both use a lot of acronyms,The abbreviations in the form of numbers used in Chinese are not common in Korean,but Korean newspaper titles often use simple Chinese characters to mean short names.Chinese tend to make new words or foreign languages more localized on the other side Korean is more inclined to westernization.Followed by syntactic aspects Chinese and Korean newspaper title language both like to use statements sentence,interrogative sentences and imperative sentences followed.Chinese newspapers titles mainly use noun phrases and South Korea’s noun phrase title has the characteristics of particle less use and less suffix.In addition,there are a large number of adverbial phrases in Korean as the title language,which is the biggest difference with the Chinese.Finally in terms of rhetoric the rhetoric used by the two countries is much the same.But because of the differences between the two national languages and cultural backgrounds,the same rhetoric in their respective newspaper title language in the specific use of the way and frequency are not the same.
