Retrospective studyObjective To explore the correlation between solar terms and BPV in patients with EH,and to reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events from the perspective of disease prevention.MethodsBy retrospective study,119 patients with EH who were admitted to the Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2013 to December 2017 were collected.Collect general information such as patient's name,gender,age,medication plan,comorbidities,and ambulatory blood pressure results.All data uses SPSS20.0 for data management and statistical analysis.Results1.General Information:119 patients were included in the study,aged between 31 and 89 years old,with an average of 65.23.There were 63(52.9%)in males and 56(47.1%)in females,with a male to female ratio of 1.13:1.Less than 60 years of age,more men than women;more than 60 years of age,more women than men(P<0.05).In terms of disease duration,women were longer than men(P<0.05).2.The relationship between ABP and solar terms:The mean values of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at 24 hours,daytime,and nighttime were not significantly different between the four seasons of the spring equinox,summer solstice,autumnal equinox,and winter solstice(P>0.05).3.The relationship between the standard deviation of blood pressure and solar terms:The standard deviations of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at 24 hours,daytime,and nighttime were not significantly different between the four seasons of the spring equinox,summer solstice,autumnal equinox,and winter solstice(P>0.05).After the pairwise comparison,the 24hSBPSD was significantly different between the spring and autumn(P<0.05).The spring equinox>The autumnal equinox at 24hSBPSD.4.The relationship between the coefficient of variation of hypertension and solar terms:The 24-hour,daytime and nighttime systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure coefficient had no significant difference in the four solar terms(P>0.05).After the comparison between the two groups,24hSBPCV showed differences in the two solar terms during the spring and pressurecircadian rhythm did not show any difference between the four solar terms(P>0.05).ConclusionThere is a correlation between blood pressure variability and solar terms in patients with EH.The BPV of patients with EH during the spring equinox is more obvious.Investigative researchObjectiveTo study the distribution of TCM constitution in patients with EH,and further explore the correlation between TCM constitution and BPV in patients with EH,and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsCross-sectional investigations were conducted to collect cardiovascular outpatients and inpatients at Dongzhimen Hospital,from 2017 to 2018.Collect general information such as patient's name,gender,age,medication plan,comorbidities,and ambulatory blood pressure results.And nine types of constitution were formulated according to the Chinese Medicine Constitution Classification and Judgment issued by the Chinese Society of Chinese Medicine.Results1.General Information:A total of 103 patients with EH were included in the study and were between the ages of 26 and 68,with an average of 49.71.55 were male(53.4%)and 48 were female(46.6%),with a male to female ratio of 1.15:1.2.The distribution of TCM constitution of EH:the majority are balanced yin-yang constitutions(41.7%),followed by phlegm dampness(16.5%),yin-deficiency(13.6%),qi-stagnation(10.7%),yang-deficiency(7.8%),qi-deficiency(6.8%).Hamp heat mass(2.9%),no blood stasis and special were found.3.Phlegm dampness related to BMI.4.The relationship between ABP and body constitution:The 24hSBP of phlegm dampness was greater than qi-deficiency(P<0.05),24hSBP of qi-stagnation was more than qi deficiency(P<0.05),DDBP of phlegm dampnesswas greater than qi-deficiency(P<0.05).5.The relationship between standard deviation of blood pressure and body constitution:Standard deviations of SBP and DBP at 24 hours,daytime,and nighttime were not significantly different among different constitutional types(P>0.05).6.The relationship between the coefficient of variation of hypertension and body constitution:The coefficient of variation of SBP and DBP at 24 hours,daytime,and nighttime were not significantly different among different constitutional types(P>0.05).7.The relationship between blood pressure circadian rhythm and body constitution:The circadian rhythm of SBP and DBP did not show differences among different constitutional types(P>0.05).ConclusionThe types of constitutions are balanced yin-yang constitution,phlegm dampness,yin deficiency,qi-stagnation,yang deficiency,qi-deficiency,damp heat.There was a correlation between the body constitution and ABP,and no significant correlation with BPV.
