| Objective: To study the correlation between hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(ba-PWV)levels and blood pressure variability in patients with essential hypertension. Methods:Choice in October 2018 to October 2019 in the hypertension department of the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university 200 patients with essential hypertension as study subjects. All patients were divided into two groups according to different hs-CRP levels: Group A :(hs-CRP <5.00mg/L)117cases,group B :(hs-CRP ≥ 5.00mg/L)83cases,.According to the average of ba-PWV,the patients were divided into two groups: Group C:(ba-PWV<1400cm/s)51cases and group D(ba-PWV≥1400cm/s)149 cases.Dynamic blood pressure parameters of patients with different hs-CRP and ba-PWV levels were compared to analyze the correlation between hs-CRP,ba-PWV and blood pressure variability.Results:24hSSD,24 hDSD,dSSD,dDSD,nDSD,24 hSCV,24hDCV,dSCV and dDCV in the group with high hs-CRP were all higher than those in the group with low hs-CRP;Compared with the ba-PWV normal group, patients in the ba-PWV elevated group had higher24 hSSD,dSSD,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that hs-CRP level was positively correlated with 24 hSSD,24hDSD,dSSD,24 hSCV,dSCV levels(r=0.290,r=0.184,r=0.202,r=0.247,r=0.180;P < 0.05),while ba-PWV level was positively correlated with 24 hSSD and dSSD(r=0.194,r=0.185;P<0.05).Conclusion:Hs-CRP and ba-PWV levels are significantly correlated with blood pressure variability in patients with essential hypertension, which is of great significance in understanding blood pressure fluctuations in patients with hypertension. |
