Objective: to investigate the abnormal metabolism of serum lipids in patients withhypertension blood pressure variability (Blood pressure variability BPV)effect.Methods:231cases hospitalized from June2010to June2011at the Fifth AffiliatedHospital of Xinjiang Medical University, and all the people40-65years of age meet theinclusion criteria of patients with essential hypertension,119cases were simplehypertension and normal lipid group (group A),69cases of the men in this group,50casesof women; hypertension and dyslipidemia group were112cases (group B),66cases weremale and female were46cases. The selected patients underwent24h ambulatory bloodpressure and cholesterol monitors. Collection of blood pressure variability (BPV) and lipidparameters in the two groups were analyzed. Results:1. essential hypertension combinedwith blood lipid abnormality of BPV than the pure essential hypertension and normalblood lipid group increases, difference has obvious statistical significance(P <0.01);2.Total cholesterol and triglycerides, low density lipoprotein cholesterol level and24hSBPSD,24hDBPSD,24hSBPCV,24hDBPCV, dSBPSD, dDBPSD, dSBPCV,dDBPCV, n SBPSD, n DBPSD, n SBPCV, n DBPCV were significantly related (p <0.05);High-density lipoprotein cholesterol level and24hSBPSD,24hDBPSD,24hSBPCV,24hDBPCV, n SBPSD, nDBPSD, nSBPCV, nDBPCV has a significant negativecorrelation (p<0.05); High-density lipoprotein cholesterol level and dSBPSD, dDBPSD,dSBPCV, dDBPCV no relevant (p>0.05). Conclusion: lipid abnormalities and bloodpressure variability are correlated;and primary hypertension combined with blood lipidabnormality of low density lipoproteins, triglycerides, total cholesterol level and bloodpressure variability are related; high density lipoprotein and24hour blood pressurevariability, nocturnal blood pressure variability has negative correlation with daytimeblood pressure variability related; the lipid abnormalities and blood pressure variability is associated with multiple possible path physiological mechanisms related to, which is forus in antihypertensive, lipid lowering process raised new requirement.
