| Objective:According to the clinical research, to discuss the correlation between essential hypertension associated with blood stasis syndrome and blood pressure variability, in order to provide a reference of the blood circulation to the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:1st. Application of24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring collection detected68cases non-blood stasis syndrome of hypertension (Group EH-non-BSS),67cases of mild-blood stasis syndrome (Group EH-mild-BSS) and85cases of severe-blood stasis syndrome (Group EH-severe-BSS) received the date of24hSBPSD,24hDBPSD, dSBPSD, dDBPSD, nSBPSD, nDBPSD, nSBPRR, nDBPRR, circadian rhythms,24hSBPL,24DBPL, dSBPL, dDBPL, nSBPL, nDBPL;2nd. Collection of research subjects by sex, age, body mass index, grade of hypertension, times of hypertension, smoking history, drinking history, triglycerides, cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting plasma glucose, creatinine, uric acid and other clinical informations;3rd. Then analysis of the date by univariate analysis and binary logistic regression.Results:1st.Univariate analysis:the figure of24hSBPSD,24hDBPSD, dSBPSD, dDBPSD, nSBPSD and nDBPSD increased in Group EH-severe-BSS than in Group EH-mild-BSS and Group EH-non-BSS. Dipper’s proportion on circadian rhythm of Group EH-non-BSS is significantly higher than Group EH-mild-BSS and Group EH-severe-BSS(p<0.05). The figure of24hSBPL, dSBPL, nSBPL increased in Group EH-severe-BSS than in Group EH-mild-BSS and Group EH-non-BSS, the difference was significant(p<0.05). Among the three groups of gender, age, body mass index, grade of hypertension, times of hypertension, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, fasting plasma glucose, creatinine, uric acid, smoking history constitutes a significant difference compared (p<0.05).2nd.Binary logistic regression:screening out age, body mass index, grade of hypertension, times of hypertension, smoking history, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting plasma glucose, creatinine, standard deviation of nighttime systolic blood pressure, nighttime systolic blood pressure decreased rate, nighttime diastolic blood pressure decreased rate as the independent risk factors (p<0.05), in which the adjustment of various risk factors, the relative risk scores of standard deviation of nighttime systolic blood pressure (OR) is1.412 (95%Cl:1.096-1.820, p=0.008), the relative risk scores of decreased rate of nighttime diastolic blood pressure(OR) is1.211(95%CI:1.062-1.381, p=0.004).Conclusion:Age, body mass index, smoking history, grade of hypertension, times of hypertension, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting plasma glucose, creatinine can preliminary reflect the degree of blood stasis syndrome. The blood stasis syndrome of hypertension closely related to standard deviation of mean blood pressure, circadian rhythm and systolic blood pressure load. Blood pressure variability, as a focal point in the hypertension field, its relative indicators including nSBPSD, nSBPRR, nDBPRR, have a certain significance on the diagnosis of hypertension blood stasis syndrome. |
