Comparison Of Blood Pressure Variability And Renin Levels Of Han,Uygur,Kazak Male With Essential Hypertension In XinJiang

Objective:To investigate the influence to blood pressure variability from the dif-ference of renin levels of Ha,Uygur,Kazak male with essential hypertension in XinJiang.Methods:151 patients with primary hypertension were divided into three groups according to different ethnic, at the same time give these patientsorthostatic lying blood renin--angiotensin-aldosterone and cortisol rhythm checks,and analyze th-ose reasalt with Statistical Methods.Results:There was no statistical significance be t-ween the level of PRA,AT-â…¡,ALD of Han people and Uygur's (P>0.05),the 1-evel of PRA,AT-IIhave statistical significance between Kazak patients and other tw o groups (P<0.05) dSBPs,dDBPs,nSBPs,nDBPs have no statistical significanc e bewteen the dipper group of Kazak patients and dipper group of other two ethn-ics(P>0.05),dSBPs,dDBPs,nSBPs,nDBPs have statistical significancebewteen the non-dipper group of Kazak patients and non-dipper group of other twoethnics.Conclusi ons:We contrasted he level of PRA,AT-â…¡,ALD of Han,Uygu,Kazak male with essential hypertension,we found the level of PRA of Kazak patients were significan tly lower than other two groups,the level of AT-â…¡was higherthan other two grounp-s.The blood pressure variability of daytime and ninght was higher in the non-dipp er group of Kazak patients than the non-dipper group of othertwo ethnics.
