incidence of breast cancer is increasing year by year.Now it has become the first place of malignant tumor morbidity and mortality that threatens women's life and health.About 50%to 70%of the patients with breast cancer are hormone dependent and need endocrine therapy.Endocrine therapy is to change the internal environment needed for the growth of hormone dependent breast cancer by blocking the synthesis of estrogen,lowering the level of estrogen and the activity of hormone receptor,so as to inhibit the malignant proliferation of tumor cells in order to alleviate the cancer.Endocrine therapy,such as chemotherapy,radiotherapy and targeted therapy,has the advantages of low price,good acceptance and high compliance.It has been widely used in clinical practice as a first-line treatment,but the side reaction of the drug itself has been gradually revealed for up to 5?10 years.Among them,the incidence of menopause syndrome after breast cancer endocrine therapy is high and the syndrome:soothing the liver and regulating the flow of vital energy and remove obstruction toit;supplementing the liver and kidney,nourishing yin and reducing fire;strengthening the body resistance and eliminating evil;especially paying attention to spleen;activating blood and promoting water,and advocating transforming sweet and cold to yin.
