Tiaoganbushen Granules Interfere With Endocrine Therapy Of Breast Cancer Clinical Study On Middle Menopausal Syndrome

Objective:By observing the changes of Kupperman's symptom score,Karnofsky's score,bl ood routine,liver and kidney function,sex hormone level,blood lipid,T cell subset s and other objective indexes before and after the treatment,the clinical effect of ti aoganbushen Granule on the patients with menopause like syndrome in the endocrin e treatment of breast cancer was studied,so as to provide for clinical application T heoretical support.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,80 cases of menopause like syndrome i n the endocrine therapy of breast cancer with deficiency of liver and kidney yin an d deficiency of spleen and kidney qi were selected from the inpatients and outpatie nts in the breast Department of traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shanxi Pro vince.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.40 cases of the treatment group were given oral tiaogan Bushen granules(compositi on:baked tortoise shell plate,Huangjing,Chai Hu,Hongjingtian,etc.;dosage:1 dos e per day,1 dose of warm water for 200ml,100ml in the morning and evening re spectively).In the control group,40 patients were treated with Zhibai Dihuang Pill(composition:prepared Dihuang,Poria cocos,peony bark,Cornus officinalis,etc.);a dministration method:twice a day,lOg in the morning and evening respectively).T hree courses of treatment(three menstrual cycles,menstrual period discontinuation)were used respectively.After the course of treatment,the safety and efficacy indexe s were observed,and the drug safety and clinical treatment effect of tiaoganbushen granule in the treatment of menopause like syndrome of breast cancer with deficienc y of liver and kidney yin and deficiency of spleen and kidney qi were analyzed.Results:Two groups of patients before treatment,whether radiotherapy,chemotherapy,p athological type,clinical stage,endocrine drugs,Kupperman symptom score,Karnofs ky score,laboratory indicators,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),with cli nical comparability.The results are as follows:1.Kupperman symptom score:after treatment,Kupperman symptom score in th e treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant change in Kupperman score in the control group(P>0.05).It shows that tiaoganbushen granule has a definite therapeutic effect on climacter ic syndrome accompanied by endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients.2.Karnofsky score:the Karnofsky score in the treatment group was significantl y higher than that before treatment(P<0.01),while the Karnofsky score in the co ntrol group had no significant change(P>0.05).It shows that tiaoganbushen granu le can improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients by improving the menop ause like symptoms.3.Sex hormone level:there was no significant change in hFSH and E2 before and after treatment in both groups(P>0.05).The results showed that the two gr oups did not increase the estrogen level of breast cancer patients,and did not affect the effect of endocrine drugs.4.Blood lipid level:in the treatment group,there were significant changes(P<0.01)after the treatment of TCH,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C,and in the control g roup,there were changes(P<0.05)after the treatment of TCH and TG,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05)after the treatment of HDL-C and LDL-C.It shows that the treatment group is better than the control group in regulating bloo d lipid.5.T cell subpopulation level:CD3+and CD3+CD4+in the treatment grou p were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in CD3+CD8+and CD4/CD8(P>0.05).There was no significant difference before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).It shows that the treatment group is better than the control group in regulating T cell subsets.6.Side effects:there was no significant change in blood routine test and liver kidney function before and after treatment in both groups(P>0.05).The results sh owed that the two groups were safe.Conclusion:Tiaoganbushen granule has definite curative effect on menopause like syndrome(deficiency of liver and kidney yin and deficiency of spleen and kidney qi)in the endocrine treatment of breast cancer.It can effectively improve the clinical sympto ms of patients with hot flashes and sweating,insomnia,joint pain,depression,dizzi ness,fatigue and fatigue.It can regulate the level of blood lipid and T cell subsets,improve the quality of life of patients,and has no significant toxic and side effects.
