Background:Breast cancer has the highest incidence of female cancer and the second highest mortality of female cancer.It is one of the major cancers that harm women ’s health worldwide.At present,the treatment of breast cancer is mainly surgical resection,which can be combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,endocrine therapy,targeted therapy,immunotherapy,palliative therapy,Chinese medicine treatment and other methods.In the molecular classification of breast cancer,hormone receptor-positive patients are the majority,accounting for 70 to 75%.Endocrine therapy is an important treatment method for hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.However,during the long-term use of endocrine drugs,patients will experience a series of adverse reactions,which will seriously affect the quality of life of patients and the standard treatment completion rate.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages and characteristics in interfering with endocrine therapy menopausal syndrome.Professor Jia Yingjie has been engaged in the research of oncology for dozens of years,and he has learned a lot,and has accumulated a lot of clinical experience in the treatment of breast cancer-related diseases.The purpose of this study is to summarize Professor Jia Yingjie’s medication rules and experience in the treatment of breast cancer menopause,analyze Professor Jia Yingjie’s thoughts on the treatment of medication,summarize and inherit his academic thoughts,which can provide clinical advice for Chinese medicine to treat breast cancer endocrine therapy menopause syndrome.Objective:Using the technique of date mining to analyze the clinical information and prescription information of Professor Jia Yingjie’s treatment of breast cancer endocrine therapy patients with climacteric syndrome,summed up Professor Jia Yingjie’s core clinical thinking and medication rules.Methods:All the cases in this subject came from the Department of Oncology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.From 2012 to 2019,107 patients with endocrine therapy of breast cancer treated by Professor Jia Yingjie,a total of 287 prescriptions.Preserve and organize the original data,through binary processing of data to establish a datebase in excell,And analyze the frequency of climacteric syndrome patients with age,pathological type,endocrine drug use,as well as traditional Chinese medicine,properties,tast,meridian,efficacy by spss25.0 software.Through the system clustering method to analyzethe Chinese medicine with higher frequency of use.Results:The age of onset of patients is mostly concentrated in 50-69 years old(69 cases),which is consistent with the age of climacteric syndrome.The pathological type of infiltrating catheter is mostly,a total of 61 cases.Among them,aromatase inhibitors are mostly used,a total of 63 cases.Professor Jia Yingjie used 240 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine to treat patients with breast cancer endocrine therapy climacteric syndrome,with a total frequency of 5426 times.Among the 240 kinds of Chinese medicines,There are 7 kinds of Chinese medicines with a frequency of use> 50%,which are astragalus,chicken gold,citrus aurantium,Hedyotis diffusa,cat’s claw,Chuanxiong,turmeric.The most commonly used types of Chinese medicines are tonic-deficiency medicines,heat-clearing medicines,blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines,phlegm-relieving cough and asthma-relieving medicines,qi-relieving medicines,and digestive medicines.Cold drugs are most frequently used,followed by warm drugs,and bitter drugs are most frequently used,followed by sweet drugs.Spleen medicinal use is the most.Through cluster analysis of Chinese medicine with high frequency of use,10 drug pairs,5 drug combinations,and 5 common prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:In summary,Professor Jia Yingjie’s commonly used basic prescriptions,drug pairs,and addition and subtraction drugs for the treatment of endocrine syndrome of breast cancer are summarized.Professor Jia’s clinical thoughts and treatment ideas are summarized.Professor Jia Yingjie advocates the use of the "Dynamic Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment" theory,according to the patient’s condition at different stages,through the syndrome differentiation and treatment to choose the appropriate basis to add or subtract drugs,throughout the patient’s entire course of the disease;strengthening the body resisitance and eliminating evil;Pay attention to the foundation of the spleen and stomach;Choose medicinesthat are more peaceful,and use less medicines that consume gas and hurt the yin.
