Based On Data Mining, To Explore The Drug Rule And Treatment Ideas Of Professor Li Tong In The Treatment Of Multiple Myeloma

[Background]:Multiple myeloma(MM)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the blood system.Abnormal plasma cells infiltrate bone marrow and extramedullary tissues,and synthesize monoclonal immunoglobulins and their light chains,which can cause bone pain,bone destruction,anemia,renal insufficiency and abnormal immune function.Under the influence of various factors such as lifestyle and environment,the incidence rate of multiple myeloma is increasing,which seriously threatens the physical and mental health of the sick.Professor Li Tong,a tutor,has been engaged in the work of tumor blood in Chinese and Western medicine for more than 30 years,with rich clinical experience,especially in the treatment of multiple myeloma,with certain clinical treatment characteristics.This study will explore and summarize the clinical experience of tutor in the treatment of multiple myeloma,and use cluster analysis method to study the clinical medical records of tutor,and summarize the syndrome differentiation,classification and drug use rules of tutor in the treatment of multiple myeloma,so as to summarize the tutor's treatment thinking and academic thoughts on multiple myeloma.The first part of this study is literature review,which consists of two parts.The first part is a review of traditional Chinese medicine,reviewing the research progress of multiple myeloma.Including:TCM's understanding of the disease name,etiology and pathogenesis of multiple myeloma,TCM's treatment of multiple myeloma(syndrome differentiation and treatment,specific disease and specific method,staged treatment).The second part is a review of Western medicine,summarizing the recognition,diagnostic criteria,clinical manifestations and treatment of multiple myeloma in western medicine.The second part of this study is a summary of Professor Li Tong's experience in the treatment of multiple myeloma.[Objective]:Based on the research on multiple myeloma by tutor for more than 30 years,to summarize the tutor's understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,main types,syndrome differentiation and treatment of multiple myeloma.[Results]:The tutor' s thought that kidney deficiency was the basic pathogenesis of multiple myeloma.The disease was located in kidney,which was closely related to spleen and stomach.The tutor put forward the common syndromes of multiple myeloma:phlegm,toxin and stasis,heat and dampness,yin deficiency of liver and kidney,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney;the tutor paid attention to the diagnosis and treatment of tongue and pulse in the process of diagnosis and treatment,and used many methods in combination,taking Qingling.The third part of this study is data mining research[Objective]:To use data mining technology to summarize the medication rule of Mr.Li Tong in the treatment of multiple myeloma[Participant]:From January 2016 to December 2019,211 medical records of multiple myeloma patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Li Tong from the oncohematology clinic of Li Tong were screened out[Methods]:SPSS 220 and IBM modeler 18.0 software were used to analyze the frequency statistics and association analysis of drugs,to summarize the distribution characteristics and types of data,and to realize data mining.[Result]:? drug distribution:there were 200 kinds of drugs in the prescription,among which 60 kinds of drugs appeared more than 20 times,193 times of fried malt,191 times of raw Astragalus,T78 times of raw eucommia,144 times of raw coix seed,125 times of Poria cocos,125 times of white peony,106 times of Hedyotis diffusa,104 times of chicken internal gold,102 times of continuous cutting,100 times of angelica,91 times of fried Atractylodes macrocephala The frequency is the highest;among the drugs with frequency greater than 2Q the maximum number of "warm" is 1507 times,the sequence of "cold","flat" and "hot" is 1145 times,873 times and 32 times,the maximum number of "bitter" is 1675 times,the number of "sweet" is 1056 times,the number of "pungent" is 886 times,the number of "light" is times,the number of"sour" is 259 times,the number of "salty" is 82 times,and the number of "astringent"is 40 times.The main efficacy of the medicine is to moisten,nourish yin and clear away heat.? Symptom distribution:numbness of hands and feet fatigue,sweating,poor sleep and dry mouth are the most frequent.[Conclusion]:The most common syndrome differentiation types of tutors in the treatment of multiple myeloma are phlegm toxin stasis,damp heat accumulation,deficiency of liver and kidney yin,deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.In the treatment and medication,the tutor according to different syndrome types and different treatment methods,phlegm and toxin stasis syndrome to remove phlegm and blood stasis,clearing heat and detoxification;damp heat syndrome to clear heat and dampness;liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome to tonify liver and kidney,nourishing yin and fire;spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome to invigorate spleen and kidney.At the same time,according to the basic pathogenesis of multiple myeloma based on kidney deficiency and the characteristics related to spleen and stomach,drugs for the same treatment of spleen and stomach are often added.
