Professor Li Tong's Drug Rule Research And Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Lung Cancer

This paper includes two parts:literature review and clinical study.There are three parts in literature review.The first ariticle is about Western medicine of Lung Cancer,where it summarizes the pathogenic factors,screening of lung cancer,diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer(including surgical treatment,chemotherapy,molecular targeted therapy,immunotherapy,etc.).The second part reviews the application of data mining in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.It mainly applies to data mining methods in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,including frequency analysis,association rules,clustering analysis,complex networks,artificial neural networks and factor analysis.Data mining of traditional Chinese medicine has achieved some results in the mining of related problems of TCM syndromes and medication rules.In the aspect of exploring the law of drug use in lung cancer,we can know that the basic pathogenesis of lung cancer is deficiency of both qi and yin.Phlegm,dampness,toxin and blood stasis run through all stages of the disease.In this process,the related core prescriptions and drugs still need to be further evaluated and applied in clinical practice.The third part is a review of TCM treatment of primary bronchial lung cancer.Lung cancer is called "Fei Ji"in traditional Chinese medicine.The main causes and pathogenesis are insufficient vital energy,emotional disorders,exogenous pathogens invading the lungs,improper diet and old diseases.Different physicians differ in the differentiation of symptoms and signs of lung cancer,because the change of lung cancer is a dynamic process of evolution,which should be treated according to the characteristics of radiotherapy,chemotherapy,surgery and targeted therapy.The author summarized the therapies of various physicians for "FEI JI",mainly including:cultivating soil,nourishing Qi and nourishing Yin,paying attention to regulating liver,expediting Qi,generating water and gold,invigorating spleen and removing dampness,clearing lung and resolving phlegm,clearing heat and detoxification,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern means can reduce toxicity and increase efficiency in the treatment of lung cancer,and in the treatment of cancer pain,pleural effusion and other complications,the effect is outstanding.The second part is clinical study.Professor Li Tong,the tutor,has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors in traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 30 years,and has rich experience in the treatment of lung cancer.In this study,379 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for lung cancer were collected,all of which came from re-visited cases,involving 221 kinds of medicines,including their taste,meridian tropism,efficacy,frequency statistics of drugs,cluster analysis and correlation between drug.Sum up Professor Li Tong's basic idea of using traditional Chinese medicine to treat lung cancer.[Objective]To summarize and refine Professor Li Tong's treatment of lung cancer,so as to provide clinical thinking and scientific research direction for the treatment of lung cancer by traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]The frequency statistics of traditional Chinese medicine,clustering analysis and association analysis of high frequency Chinese medicine(frequency>20%)were carried out,and data mining was carried out in the basic of software IBM SPSS 25.0and IBM Modeler 18.0.[Results]According to statistics,it is founded that there are 57 kinds of Chinese medicine using frequency over 10%,29 kinds of Chinese medicine using frequency over 20%in the progress of treating lung cancer.And clustered such 29 kinds of Chinese medicine,which were divided into three categories:two kinds are eliminating pathogens and one kind is strengthening the body.The results of correlation analysis were as follows:688 itemsets were obtained,and there are 626 itemsets over one lift.When deleted itemsets contained the same herb,there are 462 itemsets.There are respectly 40 itemsets,188 itemsets,190 itemsets,42 itemsets,2 itemsets in it,when former section is respectly one,two,three,four,five.[Conclusion]Summarizing Professor Li Tong's academic thoughts and the rule of drug use on lung cancer treatment are as follows:(1)medication should be used in harmony with each other so as to keep the motions and calmness in order;(2)Qi regulating should be emphasized;(3)nurturing positive accumulation syndrome self-removal;(4)activating blood and promoting diuresis;(5)clearing lung and eliminating phlegm.
