Clinical Study Of Angeng Decoction In Improving Climacteric Syndrome Of Breast Cancer Complicated With Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:By observing the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,(Karnofsky)score of quality of life and safety-related indexes of patients with climacteric syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency after endocrine therapy of breast cancer,the effectiveness of this prescription in improving patients’ symptoms and quality of life was evaluated,and the clinical advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in improving climacteric syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency after endocrine therapy of breast cancer was confirmed.Methods: Forty-eight patients with climacteric syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency after endocrine therapy of breast cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.24 patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made Angeng decoction(150ml 3 times a day)and 24 patients in the control group were treated with Xiaoyao pills(8 pills,3 times a day)for 14 days.The TCM syndrome scores,quality of life scores and safety-related indexes of the two groups of patients before,during and after treatment were evaluated,and statistical methods were used to evaluate the efficacy of prescriptions.Results:1.In terms of improving various TCM syndromes,compared with the two groups,the treatment group has more advantages in improving patients’ emotional depression or moodiness,overrejoicing,mental fatigue,taking less,abdominal distension and limb burnout.2.The total score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group and the control group decreasedbefore and after treatment,but the improvement of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.Through the evaluation of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after the course of treatment,and in the middle or later stage of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.4.After the end of the course of treatment,the Karnofsky score items were compared,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the score and improving the functional status.5.In the course of treatment,the vital signs and related safety indicators of the patients remained stable,no obvious side effects,no obvious abnormalities and adverse reactions.Conclusion:For the patients with climacteric syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency after endocrine therapy of breast cancer,the clinical effect of Angeng decoction is higher than that of Xiaoyao Pill in improving TCM syndrome and Karnofsky score.It shows that Angeng decoction has a better effect in improving climacteric syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency after endocrine therapy of breast cancer.
