The Experience Of Professor Sun Yi'an About Conditioning Perimenopausal Syndrome During Breast Cancer Endocrine Therapy

Objective: Based on the summary of Professor Sun Yian nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney conditioning endocrine treatment of breast cancer after class perimenopausal syndrome experience,and to prove the effectiveness of experience through clinical trials,for the younger generation application,inheritance and development to provide the basis.Methods: Screening eligible patients,according to the random,voluntary principle,divided into control group and treatment group,each group of 30 cases.The control group was treated with endocrine therapy,the treatment group was given six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction on the basis of endocrine therapy,the treatment of the two groups were observed for a period of 1 months.Using statistical methods in the treatment of the two groups of patients with age,taking drugs,aspirin,endocrine hormone level and quality of life and other aspects of basic data,then analyze and compare changes of Kupperman after treatment,symptom score,quality of life,hormone level and individual symptom,and analysis before and after treatment of blood,liver and kidney function,ECG,urine routine,in order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of six kinds of Dihuang decoction.Results:(1)two groups of patients were statistically analyzed from the age,pathological type,endocrine drugs,taking medicine time,Karnofsky score,hormone receptor status,hormone level,the results showed P > 0.05,the two groups had no significant difference,comparable.(2)according to the analysis,the improved Kupperman symptom score of treatment group before and after treatment,total score decreased level of P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment effect is obvious after the treatment group;the control group before and after treatment compared with P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,that is invalid in control group treatment.Comparison between the two groups,the total score of the treatment group was less than that of the control group,P=0.00<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)according to the analysis of the symptoms of the two groups,the treatment group was cured and markedly effective was 63.3%,the total effective rate was 90%,while in the control group,the effective rate was about 0.The results showed that the treatment group.(4)analysis of the treatment group symptom,after treatment,the score was decreased,results showed that six P<0.05,Liuwei Dihuang Decoction can effectively relieve hot flashes sweating,paresthesia,depression or irritability,headache,dizziness and other symptoms,the effective rate was 100%,hot flashes sweating insomnia.(5)in terms of quality of life,patients in the treatment group were significantly improved in the treatment group(n = 80%)and stable in the treatment group(n = 6)(n = 20%).It can be concluded that Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.(6)hormone levels,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,the E2 level of FSH,the results showed that P > 0.05,Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction did not cause significant changes in E2 and FSH levels,without increasing the risk of recurrence and metastasis in patients with breast cancer.(7)significant changes in blood routine,liver function and kidney function,ECG and other safety indicators without treatment.Conclusion: With the method of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney as the starting point of the Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction can effectively alleviate the endocrine treatment of breast cancer caused by hot flashes sweating,palpitation and insomnia,irritability,fatigue and other symptoms,can improve the quality of life of patients,E2 and FSH levels did not cause significant changes,did not increase the risk of recurrence and metastasis in patients with breast cancer.
