Objective: In recent years,colleges and universities all over the country have been expanding the enrollment scale,the health system reform and the medical insurance system reform are deepening,the competition of the medical college students undefined employment market is more intense,how to meet the needs of the society in medical education,How to cultivate medical talents with high post competence in a new era with innovative ability is a problem that medical educators must pay attention to.The critical thinking of medical students means that in the process of learning medical knowledge,medical students must maintain a modest and cautious attitude and take the initiative to discover problems or problems that arise.Ability to collect information related to the problem and sift out useful information from all information.For the facts of medical experiments,we should seek truth from facts,discuss their own views clearly,clearly and methodically according to the information we have obtained,thinking clearly in the course of thinking,expressing strong logic in language,and having strong theories to support our own views.At the same time,we should listen to others undefined views and reasons with an open mind,compare their own views,find the similarities and differences,think about the differences again and again,synthesize the correct theories and reasons,and finally make a judgment.To understand the current situation and influencing factors of critical thinking of medical college students,to probe into the understanding of critical thinking among medical students,and to analyze the influencing factors of critical thinking of medical students.To provide important reference for higher medical education workers in curriculum teaching reform and employment guidance.Methods: Using the critical thinking intention scale of Professor Ye Yuzhu,a Taiwanese scholar,a questionnaire survey was conducted on all major students of China Medical University through a questionnaire platform,and 1989 questionnaires were collected in the prescribed time.Eliminate invalid answer form 41,valid answer sheet1948.The questionnaire consists of two parts: general data,critical thinking intention scale.Taking the students undefined general situation and related factors as independent variables,SPSS 20.0 was used to carry out statistical analysis.The analytical methods included descriptive analysis,t-test and variance analysis,multivariate linear regression(stepwise method).P < 0.05.Results: 1.The whole level of critical thinking of medical students is relatively strong.2.On the basis of univariate analysis,the method of stepwise regression is used to carry out multivariate analysis.The results show that the positive influence factors of critical thinking ability of medical students are: autonomous learning ability;questioning and thinking in clinical practice or study,the degree of understanding of critical thinking,the proficiency of literature retrieval,the degree of self-study,the degree of interest in scientific research,the satisfaction of social activities,the need for learning critical thinking,family monthly income,habit search literature,part-time experience,only child,student cadres(Beta> 0),negative factors are religious belief(Beta< 0).Among them,questioning and thinking in clinical practice or study have the greatest influence on critical thinking.Conclusion: 1.The overall critical thinking of the subjects was relatively strong(>90 points).2.Ability of autonomous learning,questioning and thinking in clinical practice or study,understanding of critical thinking ability,proficiency in literature retrieval,self-study of week,degree of interest in scientific research,satisfaction of social situation;The degree of need for learning critical thinking,family monthly income,habit of finding documents to solve questions,part-time experience,only child,student cadres are the positive factors of critical thinking.3.Religious belief is the negative factor of critical thinking.
