Background and purpose:In recent years,frequent incidents of violence hurt doctors has become a major problem facing the domestic medical industry,how to create a safer working environment for medical personnel,effectively avoid the occurrence of workplace violence in health care workers has become a problem to think about the field of hospital management.Based on this the nursing staff of three hospitals as the research object,systematic analysis and studies on the violence status and risk factors of nurses in the workplace and summarized the domestic and foreign research status of Cang zhou city;3 nurses in three hospital workplace violence;research on dangerous workplace nurses in three hospitals of Cangzhou City violence factors;according to the status and risk factors of workplace violence and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and improvement measures,provide effective reference for the same type of hospital care,hospital management.Methodologies:(1)Literature research method:collecting domestic and foreign medical personnel suffered workplace violence situation and influencing factors of the related research results,and the study of the nursing research tools suffered workplace violence,to provide reference for the actual investigation and study.(2)In-depth interview:a semi-structured interview was conducted among 5 patients to understand patients' understanding of workplace violence and their satisfaction with all aspects of nurses' work.A semi-structured interview was conducted on 5 nurses who had experienced workplace violence to understand the specific characteristics of the nurses' encounter with workplace violence.(3)Questionnaire survey:30 nurses were selected for pre investigation and 678 nurses were selected to carry out a formal questionnaire survey.(4)Statistical analysis:pre survey by Cronbach a coefficient of the questionnaire,inspection;survey data by chi square test and logistic regression analysis to analyze the differences of nurses under different conditions of workplace violence,thus obtains the influence factors of workplace violence.Findings and Conclusion:(1)The questionnaire Cronbach a coefficient was 0.82 in the pre questionnaire survey.The questionnaire used in the hospital workplace violence is reliable and can be used in the investigation of workplace violence in nurses.(2)There was a high incidence of violence in the workplace of nurses in the three level hospital.59.7%of the nurses have been subjected to workplace violence in one year.The characteristics are that language attacks are the most,followed by threats,body attacks,and sexual harassment.(3)Workplace violence is more likely to occur in the daytime,the ward,and other simultaneous companionship.Most of the perpetrators were middle-aged men and patients.Most nurses feel grieved and angry after the violence.As to how to prevent workplace violence,nurses are more willing to receive awareness training and education,not the improvement of hardware facilities.(4)Department,age,work experience,whether that can be avoided,whether the installation of cameras,whether to encourage the reporting and treatment of violence are effective,the degree of attention to violence can affect workplace violence,is the influence factors of workplace violence.
