Objective:Domestic medical environment is becoming more and more serious.People are increasingly dissatisfied with medical services.The media attention and negative reports render people negative emotions to hospitals and medical staff.The relationship between doctors and patients is tense,and the incidence of violent incidents in medical establishments is increasing.The paper is for the medical staff in Shanxi province hospital workplace violence in-depth investigation and analysis of the status quo,the rules and characteristics of workplace violence,caused the majority of medical personnel and the community attention to workplace violence in hospital,guide the medical staff and the community work together to solve the conflicts between doctors and patients,and provide a theoretical basis for the government the corresponding policy.Influence factors of combing the actual situation in Shanxi province of Shanxi province hospital workplace violence,and explore the preventive strategies and measures according to local conditions,the normal order of medical security hospital,medical staff and maintain the legitimate rights and interests of patients.Methods:literature analysis: by Chinese CNKI,VIP database,Wanfang database,Baidu and Google to retrieval "hospital","medical personnel","workplace violence" to know medical staff understand current situation and influencing factors of workplace violence,write a literature review,determine the research ideas.Questionnaire survey method: According to the Chen Zuhui questionnaire,the questionnaire of hospital violence was designed.The questionnaires were divided into doctors' rolls and nurses' rolls.The contents of the questionnaire include: the first part is the demographic sociology data;the second part is the frequency of violence in all kinds of medical establishments;the third part is nurses / doctors' cognition and attitude about violence,and the fourth part is the measures taken by hospitals for hospital violence.Statistical analysis: By logic,the database was established by Epidata3.1.Statistical analysis was done by SPSS19.0 The statistical analysis methods were descriptive analysis,chi square test and P test,and the test level was 0.05 Results:The incidence of violence in the hospital is high,among which,the proportion of the doctors in the workplace is 61.19%,the nurse is 67.04%,and the language violence is the main one.The time period of hospital workplace violence occurred as the day shift time,place of the doctor's office,when medical personnel are on duty,the perpetrators are a 30-40 year old male patient family,they are generally in the treatment or surgery and not satisfied with the program of doctors,easily lead to violence.The medical staff take patience avoidance and patient explanation,very few medical personnel take alarm or help others,so prone to grievances,atmosphere,passion decline and other negative emotions,that government should take to improve the relevant laws and regulations,hospitals to strengthen targeted training,strengthen the ability to cope with violence and correctly guide the media oriented hospital.Multi factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the years of work,educational background and the department were all factors of hospital violence.Conclusions:The incidence of violence in the workplace of the hospital in Shanxi is high,mainly based on language violence.The perpetrators are apt to trigger violent conflicts under lack of legal awareness and ignorance of the diagnosis and treatment.Lacks relevant legislation of government,lack of relevant training in hospitals,and negative reports of the media have great impact on workplace violence in hospitals.Medical staff have excellent medical skills.Learning knowledge about doctor-patient communication in higher education also plays a buffering role in avoiding the occurrence of medical violence.Therefore,solving hospital workplace violence requires government,hospitals,medical staff,patients and family to work together to resolve conflicts between doctors and patients,reduce the incidence of workplace violence in hospitals,and build a harmonious medical environment.
