SignificanceDyslipidemia can lead to coronary heart disease,stroke and other cardiovascular disea-ses.It is a major disease that endangers human health.Exploring the influence factors of dyslipidemia and developing interventions have become the important trends in medical research.At the same time,in recent years people found that elevated homocysteine(Hcy)can lead to coronary heart disease,hypertension,cerebrovascular disease,dementia,diabetes,gestational disease,etc.It has obtained more and more attentions.Time traditional Chinese medicine focuses on the periodicity of human life activities as a whole,according to the whole concept of "the unity of heaven and man" by ancient people.It can guide the clinical practice of the theory of TCM.Modern time medicine also gradually realizes that the human body's biological rhythm is closely related to the four solar terms,and changes of circadian rhythm,which is applied to the treatment of diseases such as cardiovascular disease,endocrine disease and tumor.In 2017,the winners of the Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine have discovered the molecular mechanism regulating circadian rhythm,making time medicine more widely concerned.ObjectiveStudies on the relationship between the TCM syndrome types of dyslipidemia and high homocysteine(HHcy)with 4 rhythms are rare so far,this study analyzed the four time rule of different syndromes of dyslipidemia and the characteristics of of solar terms of HHcy's onset and explored the relationship between the TCM syndrome types of dyslipidemia and high homocysteine(HHcy)with 4 rhythms by monitoring the TCM syndromes and Hcy levels of patients with dyslipidemia for four consecutive times.lt also supplemented the cognition of traditional medicine on the time regulation of dyslipidemia and Hcy level.This study analyzed the correlation of dyslipidemia and Hcy levels at the same time to research the meaning of Hcy level detection for the treatment of dyslipidemia and tried to find better guide clinical prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia.Methods1 The research object and content:we collected 40 patients with primary dyslipidemia with HHcy according to the corresponding inclusion and exclusion criteria and tested blood lipid and Hey 7 days before and after the spring equinox,summer solstice,autumnal equinox,winter solstice.Then we collected the general information of patients and filled the TCM syndrome scale which was made according to the "guiding principles of clinical research of Chinese medicine new drugs(Trial Implementation)"(2002).Finally,the collected data was analyzed statistically.2 Statistical methods:data was collated and recorded in Excel.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.The measured data of normal distribution was expressed by mean or plus or minus standard deviation(x plus or minus S),and the paired sample t test was used for comparison between groups.Non-normal distribution of measurement data,non-parametric test between groups.P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results1 The proportion of sputum in the abnormal blood lipids is the most,followed by the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,and the deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome,and the proportion of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity is the least.2 The number of patients with dysplasia of dysplasia in the spring is the most,followed by the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,again the qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome,the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and the deficiency of Yin deficiency and Yang syndrome;In the summer solstice,the number of patients with dysplasia is the largest,followed by the deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and Yin deficiency Yang kang syndrome,and the deficiency of qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome and liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.In the autumn,the number of patients with dysplasia in the liver and kidney is the largest,followed by the phlegm and turbidity suppression syndrome,and again the deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,and the deficiency of Yin deficiency and Yang kang syndrome and qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome.During the winter solstice,the number of patients with dysplasia in the liver and kidney is the largest,followed by phlegm-turbidity repressors,and again,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.3 Patients with dyslipidemia,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,and Hcy levels do not meet the normal distribution.Therefore,Spearman correlation test is used for both comparisons.Spearman correlation test showed that Hcy is positively correlated with TC,TG and LDL-C,and there is no correlation with HDL-C.4 Dyslipidemia in patients with TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Hcy levels mean no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),but all showed a trend of certain elements:the TC,TG,LDL-C,Hcy levels the vernal equinox to the summer solstice,the summer solstice decreases gradually to the autumnal equinox,autumnal equinox to the winter solstice;The autumn equinox is the lowest,the highest vernal equinox;However,the level of HDL-C is reduced from the spring equinox to the summer solstice,and the summer solstice to the autumnal equinox,the autumnal equinox to the winter solstice and the gradual increase;Summer solstice is the lowest,highest in vernal equinox.5 When the vernal equinox dyslipidemia in patients with TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C level between each card type more difference(P<0.05):when the vernal equinox,TC level in the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome group,the lowest in the group of qi and blood stasis,phlegm and turbid deter a card group is higher;The TG level is the lowest in the qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome group,and the highest in the Yin deficiency Yang syndrome group.The level of HDL-C and LDL-C is the lowest in Yin deficiency and Yang syndrome group,and the highest in qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome group.There is no statistically significant difference between the Hcy levels in the vernal equinox(P>0.05).The lowest in the phlegm,the highest in the Yin deficiency Yang syndrome group.6 There is a difference between the levels of HDL-C and Hey in each of the syndromes(P<0.05):the level of HDL-C is lower in the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome group,Yin deficiency and Yang syndrome group,and the highest in qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome group.The Hcy level was lower in the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group and the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome group,and the highest in Yin deficiency and Yang syndrome group.The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C are not statistically significant among the various syndromes(P>0.05).The TC level is the lowest in the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group,and is higher in the qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome group and sputum turbidity control group.The TG level is the lowest in the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group,and is higher in the liver and kidneyYin deficiency syndrome group and Yin deficiency Yang group.LDL-C level spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group and liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome group are lower,the highest in qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome group.7 The autumnal equinox,TC,HDL-C leel of LDL-C level between each card type more difference(P<0.05):the autumnal equinox TC level in the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency hand syndrome group is low,in the group of qi and blood stasis,phlegm and turbid deter a card is higher;The level of HDL-C is the lowest in the Yin deficiency Yang syndrome group,and higher in the phlegm blocking syndrome group and qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome group.LDL-C level is the lowest in the Yin deficiency and Yang syndrome group,and the highest in qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome group.There is no statistically significant difference between TG and Hcy levels in the various syndromes(P>0.05).The TG level is the lowest in the spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group,and the highest in the Yin deficiency Yang syndrome group.The Hcy level was lower in the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group and the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome group,and the highest in Yin deficiency and Yang syndrome group.8 During the winter solstice,TC,HDL-C leel of LDL-C level between each card type more difference(P<0.05),the TC level in spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome group is low,in the group of qi and blood stasis,phlegm turbidity and deter a and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group and the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome group,and higher in qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome group and sputum turbidity block syndrome group.The TG and Hcy levels of TG and Hcy are not statistically significant(P>0.05),and TG and Hcy levels are the lowest in the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group,and the highest in Yin deficiency and Yang syndrome group.Conclusion1 Patients with primary dyslipidemia have a large number of phlegm and liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.2 The distribution of TCM syndromes in the patients with primary dysplasia have certain four characteristics:spring and summer phlegm and turbidity obstructing syndrome,and autumn and winter liver and kidney Yin deficiency.3 The blood lipid level and Hcy level of patients with primary dyslipidemia are correlated:Hcy level is positively correlated with TC,TG and LDL-C level.4 The TCM syndromes of primary dyslipidemia and TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C show a certain four-time rule:the levels of TC and LDL-C are higher in the patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and the sputum and turbidity control group.The TG level is the highest in the Yin deficiency syndrome group;During the vernal equinox,the level of HDL-C was lowest in the Yin deficiency and Yang syndrome group,and the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome group is lower in summer solstice,autumn equinox and winter solstice.5 There is a certain four-time rule in the TCM syndromes and Hcy levels of primary blood lipids:the Hcy level at the time of summer solation is the lowest in the spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group,and the highest in the Yin deficiency Yang syndrome group.
