Dyslipidemia Factors And Serum Lipids And Type 2 Diabetic Dyslipidemia Of Tcm-control Study

Objectives:Two groups of dyslipidemia, one of the primary dys1ipidemia and the other of the diabetic hyperlipidemia, were surveyed about their clinical basic data and the information of the four diagnostic methods in TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine), which included inspection listening smelling inquiry and pulse-taking, to analysis the regularity of distribution about the syndrome factors of dyslipidemia by the data processing. At the same time, the clinical distribution characteristics of their abnormal indexes were analyzed and contrasted. The similarities and differences were investigated to furnish the more objectified theoretical evidence for the treatment of dyslipidemia by TCM.Methods:At first, the clinic observation charts were designed; through them, the information of the 2 groups, which included the primary dyslipidemia and the diabetic hyperlipidemia with 100 cases in each, were collected. On the other hand, the lipid indexes and the elements which could influence them about the 2 groups were compared by contrast analysis to investigate the abnormal indexes' distribution characteristics.Results:About the distribution of the syndrome factors:1.Of the primary dyslipidemia, spleen, liver, and kidney are the master syndrome factors of the disease location that still involve mind, stomach, and gall bladder, in which spleen is the most major; Turbid phlegm, stagnated qi and blood, fire, and insufficiency of qi or yin or yang belong to the syndrome factors of the disease nature in which shizheng is major.2.About the diabetic hyperlipidemia, the master syndrome factors of the disease locat ion are liver, kidney and spleen involving mind, in which kidney is the most major; and the syndrome factors of the disease nature include insufficiency of qi or yin or yang, turbid phlegm, stagnated qi and blood, fire, and accumulated water, in which xuzheng is major.About the lipid indexes and the basic data:1.A11 of the four lipid indexes between the 2 groups are variant (p<0.05), both of which the level of TC, TG and LDL-C hoist, yet the value of TC and LDL-C about the primary dyslipidemia are higher (p<0.05), and the value of TG about the diabetic hyperlipidemia is higher (p<0.05); both the level of HDL-C are in the normal range, yet the value of it about the diabetic hyperlipidemia is lower(p<0.05). Both the most common type is the mixed one.2. Both the incidence rate of the different sex and age about the 2 groups are the female beyond the male, and the senectitude above the presenium; During the other dangerous elements, the order of the incidence ratethe from high to low is lack of movement, the unwell dietary structure, smoking and drinking. The overweight/fat patients with the diabetic hyperlipidemia are more than the normal/thin one, yet ones with the primary dyslipidemia are not; and the value of BMI about the diabetic hyperlipidemia group is higher than the primary one(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The major syndrome factors of the primary dyslipidemia involve spleen, liver, kidney, turbid phlegm, stagnated qi and blood, so in the clinic, the therapeutic methods of TCM to it should conclude smoothing the liver and invigorating the function of the spleen, eliminating the turbid phlegm, and regulating qi and removing the blood stasis, assisted by tonifying the liver and kidney, tonifying qi and yin, and calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind. While the major syndrome factors of the diabetic hyperlipidemia are kidney, liver, spleen, and the inefficiency of qi and yin, so the major treatment should be tonifying the liver and kidney, qi and yin, replenished by eliminating the turbid phlegm, regulating qi and removing the blood stasis, tranqui lizing the mind and promoting intelligence, warming yangqi and eliminating the water, et al.2. The hoisted level of TC and LDL-C are the major response to the primary dyslipidemia, though with the diabetic hyperlipidemia, the higher TG and lower HDL-C are more common. In clinic, the female, the elder and the fatter are more possible to get dyslipidemia. But through contrasting the 2 groups, we find that the distinguishing between the sexes, the age and BMI have little influence to the abnormal indexes'distribution in clinic of both the primary dyslipidemia and the diabetic hyperlipidemia. At else, the merger disease such as hypertension and coronary heart disease should be paid more and more attention; at the same time, motorpathy and diet-therapy should not be neglected.
