Objective:1.To study the syndrome type distribution characteristics of dyslipidemia between Diabetic and Non-diabetic.2.To study difference of the relationship between Syndrome Type of Dyslipidemia and the Index of Atherosclerosis between Diabetic and Non-diabetic.Methods:Select 200 patients of diabetics complicated with dyslipidemia and 200 patients of non-diabetics complicated with dyslipidemia from the patients which were accorded with inclusive and exclusive criterio in department of endocrinology and cardiovascular department between december 2014 and november 2015,respectively named diabetic group and non-diabetic group.General clinical data, height, weight, blood lipid were collected and statistical dates were analyzed.Results:1.Syndrome classification of dyslipidemia in diabetic group(from high to low):qi stagna tion blood stasis syndrome(22%),phlegm obstruction syndrome(21%),yin deficiency and y ang hyperactivity syndrome(20%),Yin deficiency of both liver and kidney syndrome(19. 5%), the Yang deficiency of both spleen and renal syndrome(17.5%).Syndrome classificati on of dyslipidemia in non-diabetic group(from high to low):phlegm obstruction syndro me(38%),yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome(20%),the Yang deficiency of both spleen and renal syndrome(18.5%),qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome(14.5%),Yin deficie ncy of both liver and kidney syndrome(9.0%).2.The positive rates of TC and LDL-C in diabetic group are both lower than non-diabetic group in phlegm obstruction syndrome. The positive rates of TC,TG,AI and TC/HDL-C and LDL-C in diabetic group are higher than non-diabetic group in Yin deficiency of both liver and kidney syndrome. The positive rates of LDL-C/HDL-C and HDL-C in diabetic group are higher than non-diabetic group in qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome. The positive rates of HDL-C in diabetic group is higher than non-diabetic group in yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome.3.In five syndrome types, the risk of the Index of Atherosclerosis in diabetic group is higher than that in non-diabetic group, particularly the level of LDL-C/HDL-C in qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome and phlegm obstruction syndrome and the level of AI in qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome are more obvious. The level of LDL-C/HDL-C in diabetic group is different between syndrome types, pairwise comparison show that level of LDL-C/HDL-C in qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome is higher than that in Yin deficiency of both liver and kidney syndrome.Conclusion:1.Phlegm obstruction was the main syndrome in the patients of non-diabetics complicated with dyslipidemia and qi stagnation blood stasis was the main syndrome in the patients of diabetics complicated with dyslipidemia.2.The risk of the index of atherosclerosis is higher in qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome and phlegm obstruction syndrome both in two groups. The risk of diabetic group is higher than that in non-diabetic group especially in qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome.3.Compared with non-diabetic group, the pairwise comparison results of the level of LDL-C/HDL-C of qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome is higher than Yin deficiency of both liver and kidney syndrome in diabetic group.LDL-C/HDL-C closely related to blood stasis shall be brought to the forefront.
