Analysis Of Clinical Characteristics Of 456 Patients With Gouty Arthritis

Purpose:To Collect the clinical data of 456 patients with gouty arthritis,through the research of clinical epidemiology,invasion site,main inducing factors,deepen the understanding of this disease,provide the basis for prevention,diagnosis and treatment of gouty arthritis,and improve the reference for the daily prevention of patients with gouty arthritis.Methods:1.Collect the data of patients with gouty arthritis,and record the basic information of the patients.2.Analysis of observation data.2.1 Age distribution of patients with gouty arthritis.2.2 Sex distribution of patients with gouty arthritis.2.3 Joint distribution of patients with gouty arthritis.2.4 Analysis of main causes of patients with gouty arthritis.Results:1.51.28% of the patients with gouty arthritis whose age distribution are between 41-60 years old,the age of 41-60 years old and 61-80 years old was significantly higher than that of other age groups.2.There was no significant difference in sex ratio among patients with gouty arthritis.3.In patients with gouty arthritis,the first metatarsophalangeal joint was 67.11%.4.The first metatarsophalangeal joint is most commonly involved.5.In patients with gouty arthritis,high purine diet and alcohol intake are the main causes.
