The detection value of C reactive protein was(12.12 + 1.31) mg/L, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); the clinical efficacy, patients in the observation group after treatment, the total effective rate was 95%(38/40), significantly higher than the control group(29/40), 72.50%(P < 0.05), the difference There was statistical significance; the adverse reactions were observed in patients in the treatment group during the total adverse reaction occurred rate was 20.00%(8 / 40), the control group 22.5%(9 / 40), X2=2.083, P > 0.05), the difference is not statistically significance.Conclusion: Application of gout treatment of acute gout arthritis of the overall effect is exact, which can improve the syndromes of TCM in patients with integral, relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, overall treatment efficacy, but side effects did not increase, with curative effect and drug safety and reliable double advantage, for in the clinical practice of popularization and application.
