| Objective: Observe clinical curative effect of the gout capsule to the acute goutarthritis and Hyperuricemia. diseaseMethods: As the breakthrough point in the influence of gout capsule of Traditional Chinese Medicine on acute gout arthritis and high urine acidemia disease curative effect, with these indexes of the index of the patient swelling and aching, blood uric acid, blood urea nitrogen, blood creatinine, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase etc. as the emphases : 1.dividing 60 cases of gout patient into two groups at random (30 casesof gout capsule and 30 cases of Votalin) in seven days; 2.dividing 60 cases of gout patient into two groups at random (30 cases of gout capsule and 30 cases of Allopurinol). Within 30 days, observe clinical index,bad reaction of traditional Chinese medicine, etc. Results:1 .The gout capsule can alleviate the reddness and swollen pain of the acute gout arthritis, with the same function of subsiding pain and turgescence as the Votalin. 2.The gout capsule can reduce the acidemia of the urine effectively, withthe same function as Allopurinol. 3.The gout capsule will not damage the function of kidney & liver andreduce the level of Cr, BUN, ALT in the serum Conclusion:The gout capsule has the function to subside pain and turgescence, to reduce the blood uric acid.
