| Objective: Observe clinical curative effect of BNT to the acute goutarthritis .Methods: we collected 60 inpatients or outpatients of gout.we prescribe gouty capsule for 30 cases as the treating group. The control group contains cases, prescribed with Allopurinol. Treat for 30day. Results:BNT could remarkably lower BUA, ESR and WBC;clinicalsymptoms were improved significantly;total effective rate in 86.67%Conclusion: The above results show that BNT is an effective arthrifuge.
