Purpose: To retrospectively analyze the medical records of 194 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and summarize the characteristics of psoriasis in the past three years and the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to better prevent and treat psoriasis.Material and method:A total of psoriasis patients who were hospitalized in the dermatology ward of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2014 to 2016 were examined for general information(including sex,age,course of disease,etc.),laboratory tests(Blood routine,urine,liver and renal function,blood sugar,blood lipids,immune function,hepatobiliary spleen color super,etc.),clinical features,tcm syndrome differentiation,treatment methods and efficacy of the project registration list,with EXCEL software to establish the database of psoriasis vulgaris and analysis.Results:1 General: A total of 194 patients were studied,male and female sex ratio of 1.69: 1,the age of onset in the 21-60 years old.2 onset season: four seasons onset,spring and summer compared with autumn and winter no difference.3 Induction factors: with clear predisposing factor 78 cases,account for 40.21%,mostly infection-based.4 Past underlying diseases: 74 cases of previous suffering from underlying diseases(38.14%),cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,fatty liver and other diseases.5 family history: a family history of 22 cases of genetic,accounting for 11.34%.6 Personal history: 77 patients with smoking and other bad habits,accounting for 39.69% of the total number of cases.7 TCM syndromes distribution: mainly divided into three syndromes,blood heat intrinsic syndrome in 169 cases(87.11%),blood deficiency syndrome in 18 cases(9.28%),qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome in 7 cases(3.61%).8 Treatment results: cured 5 cases,improved in 184 cases,5 cases,the total effective rate of97.42%.Conclusion:1 This study shows that psoriasis occurs in men,more common in young middle-aged.2 This study shows that the etiology of psoriasis is complex,and infection,mental,genetic,diet,environment,drugs and other factors.3 Psoriasis patients prone to hyperlipidemia,high uric acid,hyperglycemia and other metabolic disorders.4 Blood heat intrinsic certificate is the most common.5 Chinese and Western medicine treatment of psoriasis efficacy,the effective rate of 97.42%.
