| Purpose: To observe the clinical curative effect of eye acupuncture combined with Raceanisodamine Eye Drops for teenagers pseudomyopia,The difference in visual acuity and diopter will be researched before and after therapy.To investigate the effects and mechanism of eye acupuncture combined with Raceanisodamine Eye Drops for teenagers pseudomyopia.To provide a train of thought and method for the clinical treatment of juvenile myopia in the future.Methods: From March 2015 to December 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine eye clinic,and meet the inclusion criteria of 90 cases of juvenile myopia.Randomly divided into eye acupuncture group,Raceanisodamine Eye Drops group and eye acupuncture with Raceanisodamine Eye Drops group.There are 30 cases in each group.The 3 groups of subjects were used eye acupuncture,Raceanisodamine Eye Drops and Raceanisodamine Eye Drops combined eye acupuncture for treatment.28 days is 1 cycles for treatment.To observe the visual acuity,refractive changes about patients before and after treatment.Results: 1.To compare with three groups vision of pseudo myopia patients after treatment.The r esult of eye acupuncture group and Raceanisodamine Eye Drops group is P<0.05,ther e was statistically significant.The result of Raceanisodamine Eye Drops group and Rac eanisodamine Eye Drops group combined eye needle is P < 0.05,there was statistical significance.The result of eye acupuncture group and eye acupuncture combined with Raceanisodamine Eye Drops group is P < 0.05,there was statistical significance.2.To compare with three groups diopter of pseudo myopia patients after treatment.T he result of eye acupuncture group and Raceanisodamine Eye Drops group is P < 0.05,there was statistical significance.The result of Raceanisodamine Eye Drops group and Raceanisodamine Eye Drops group combined eye needle is P < 0.05,there was statistical significance.The result of eye acupuncture group and eye acupuncture combined with Raceanisodamine Eye Drops group is P < 0.05,there was statistical signific ance.3.Three groups of patients with pseudo myopia before and after treatment,visual acuit y,diopter in the group comparison,the result is P < 0.05.All have the same Academi c significance.4.After 28 days of treatment,the three groups were compared in patients with visual effect of pseudomyopia from eye acupuncture group,Raceanisodamine Eye Drops grou p and Raceanisodamine Eye Drops group combined with eye acupuncture.The cure we re 10 cases,4 cases and18 cases.The 30 cases,21 cases and 32 cases were improved.Th e 16 cases,22 cases and 4 cases were invalid.The total respectively effective rates wer e 71.42%?46.30% and 92.59%.Conclusion: 1.The use of eye acupuncture,Raceanisodamine Eye Drops and Raceanisodamine Eye Drops combined eye acupuncture treatment of juvenile myopia after 28 days.The visua l and diopter from three groups of patients were improved.2.The treatment of eye acupuncture,Raceanisodamine Eye Drops and Raceanisodamine Eye Drops combined eye acupuncture of juvenile pseudomyopia is used 28 days later.The three groups visual of patients after treatment were compared.The eye acupunctur e effect is better than that of Raceanisodamine Eye Drops.The eye acupuncture combi ned Raceanisodamine Eye Drops is better than the eye acupuncture.The eye acupunctur e combined Raceanisodamine Eye Drops is better than Raceanisodamine Eye Drops.3.The treatment of eye acupuncture,Raceanisodamine Eye Drops and Raceanisodamine Eye Drops combined eye acupuncture of juvenile pseudomyopia is used 28 days later.The three groups of patients diopter after treatment were compared.The eye acupuncture effect is better than that of Raceanisodamine Eye Drops.The eye acupuncture combined Raceanisodamine Eye Drops is better than the eye acupuncture.The eye acupuncture combined Raceanisodamine Eye Drops is better than Raceanisodamine Eye Drops. |
