The Short-term Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Fu's Acupuncture Therapy In The Treatment Of Teenagers Mild Myopia

Objective:Through clinical observation,to study the short-term clinical effect of Fu's Acupuncture therapy in the treatment of teenagers mild myopia,and to explore its mechanism,so as to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:40 patients of teenagers mild myopia were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Fu's Acupuncture and control group(20 cases)was only given to adjustment and relaxation.Two groups were terated one time as a course of treatment.To observe the changes of the scores in clinical symptom,the far vision of the naked eye,diopter and corrected vision acuity of the two groups before and after treatment,and to make a comparison between and within the groups,so as to comprehensively evaluate the short-term clinical effect of Fu's Acupuncture therapy on the mild myopia of teenagers.Results:After statistical analysis,the total effective rate of Fu's Acupuncture group was 84.2%,and the total effective rate of the adjustment and relaxation group was 35.3%.The total effective rate of Fu's Acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the adjustment and relaxation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the aspect of clinical symptoms improvement,there is statistically significant difference between the two(P<0.05),and the Fu's Acupuncture group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The vision of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the changes of computer optometry and corrected visual acuity to 1.0 of the two groups increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but the difference between the Fu's Acupuncture group and adjustment and relaxation group was no statistical(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fu's Acupuncture therapy can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the far vision of naked eyes.Its therapeutic effect is better than that of adjusting and relaxing method.No serious adverse reactions occurred in the course of treatment,indicating that the safety of Fu's Acupuncture therapy in the treatment of teenagers mild myopia.
