The Clinical Effect Observation On The Treatment Of Intractable Hiccups With Neck Paravertebrals Acupuncture As The Main Method

Objective: This subject adop ts the method of neck Paravertebrals acupuncture with different causes IH for treatment.Open up a new way for the treatment of IH,and through clinical observation and analysis of changes in the quality of life,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of this method with this disease,analysis and ex Plore its mechanism,compare effects and treatment of IH by two different methods of collateral puncture and IM of anisodamine,To seek more quick,simple,easy to operate,non-toxic side effects of the treatment method for the purpose.Method: 60 patients conforming to the diagnostic criteria of intractable hiccups have been selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group by Double blind method with 30 cases in each.Neck paravertebrals acupuncture has been given to treatment group,five a week and one week as a treatment course,1 courses totally using and treatment.Oral used of injection of anisodamine in control group,taken 10 mg the day lasting for 5 days,one week period as a course,2 courses totally using.In two groups before and after treatment were significant eff-iciency and the total effective rate,work time,the clinical symptoms improved and course observed res pectively.Results:(1)Two groups of comprehensive effect more,the treatment group in the cure rate,efficient,are due to the control group,the treatment group were 46.67%,93.33%;The control group were 23.33%,80%.There are differences in curative effect(Z=-2.49,P=0.01<0.05)the difference is statistically significant.The treatment grou was better than that of the control group.(2)In the work on time,the contrast between the two groups curative effect significantly (Z=-2.52,P=0.01<0.05),the treatment group than in control group.the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)Two groups of course by inspection(Z=-2.63,P=0.01<0.05),the treatment group than in control group.The treatment group was better than that of the control group.(4)The quality of life(mental state,sleep,diet)improvement,the curative effect of two significantly(P<0.05),contrast between groups have obvious difference,the treatment group than in control group.The treatment group was better than that of the control group.?The TCM syndrome im provement,the curative effect of two significantly,contrastbetween groups have obvious difference(Z=-2.71,P=0.00<0.05),the treatment group than in control group.The treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Neck paravertebrals acupuncture in all as pects of the intractable hiccups,all have good effect.The treatment group in the index are better than control group,and no obvious side effects.
