The Clinical Efficacy Of Qibai Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi And Blood-deficient Vitiligo And Its Effect On T Cell Subsets

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to observe the change of qubaitang oral treatment of blood type vitiligo lesions area,and detected before and after treatment blood type of vitiligo patients peripheral blood changes in T cell subsets,to verify the efficacy of the drug from the clinical and laboratory features,mechanism of drug research,to explore the treatment of qubaitang blood vitiligo clinical curative effect and clinical effect of vitiligo patients peripheral blood T cell subsets.Material and method : Will meet the inclusion criteria of 60 cases diagnosed as vitiligo patients blood type were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group received oral administration of qubaitang granule(Seventh People's Hospital of Shenyang city hospital preparations)1 bag each time,2times a day.The control group was treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules(brand name Kai Yin Gan LE)2 tablets each time,3 times a day.The experimental group and the control group were treated with 0.1% tacrolimus(brand name)the amount of coating,2 times a day.After a period of treatment(3 months)in two groups were observed the change of the lesions as a clinical evaluation,and for the detection of experimental group before treatment after treatment in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4,/CD8).Data were expressed as the mean + SD((?)±s).The measured data were tested by T,and the data were analyzed by chi square test,P < 0.05 was statistically significant,P < 0.01 showed significant difference.All the data were calculated by SPSS statistical software.Results:1.The total curative rate compared to experimental group,the total effective rate was 90%,control group total effective rate was 50%,between the two groups compared to P < 0.05,showed a significant difference between two groups,the curative effect of experimental group was significantly better than the control group and experimental group.Patients with no obvious side effects.2.Detection of the experimental group before and after treatment in the peripheral blood T cell subsets,numerical and before treatment after CD3 compared to P > 0.05 was not statistically significant,showed no difference in CD3 levels before and after treatment;after treatment,the ratio of CD4 was significantly higher than that before treatment,P < 0.01 was statistically significant after treatment,the ratio of CD8 is before treatment decreased,P < 0.01 was statistically significant;after treatment of CD4 /CD8 were increased compared with before treatment,P < 0.01 was statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of qubaitang treatment of blood type of vitiligo is effective,less side effect is safe and effective.Qubaitang oral has the function of regulating the blood type of patients with vitiligo in the peripheral blood T cell subsets.
