Clinical Research On Vitiligo With Formula Ⅰ For White Spot

Vitiligo is an acquired disorder characterized with depigmentation,common lesion with totally depigment,leukoplakia is clear by the border,the edge can be seen an increase anti-cytochrome,its pathology is lack of epidermal melanocytes and melanin granules, dopa-positive melanocytes are not completely existed,yet Modern Medicine for its cause of the pathogenesis are not entirely clear,now it mainly has autoimmunity theory,neurotransmitter theory,congenital lacks of melanocyte and genetice factors.traditional Chinese medicine believes pigment diseases refering to liver,kidney,heart,and related to exogenous wind,intrinsic heat,exogenous damp,biood and qi.its pathological mechanism is non-harmony of Qi and blood or qi stagnation and blood stasis or deficiency of liver and kidney.Skin lacks of nutrient cause to disease its location is skin and muscle,Tutor Prof.Zhu Qijie has accmulated extensive experience in treating vitiligo using TCM,and has remarkable clinical efficacy.Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of treatment on vitiligo with formulaⅠfor white spot.based on expelling wind and nourishing blood.and removing toxinMethod:the reseach is prospective study,semi-random control trial was conducted. All cases were from the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of dermatology out-patient,the research implemented from the date of July 2008 to the date of March 2009,Divided into two groups,treatment group:33 cases of traditional Chinese medicine a day.At the same time,treated white spot Department Halometasone 1 days' twice a month for medication for two weeks,stopping time,until the end of treatment.2 months for a course of treatment,nearly orbital Department treated with Wolf Meng,1 day 2 times a month for medication for two weeks,stopping time,until the end of treatment.2 months for a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment. The control group treated with Halometasone spot cream,the 1 day twice a month for medication for two weeks,stopping time,until the end of treatment.Office near eyes treated with Wolf Meng,1 day 2.Medication for two weeks each month,stop time,until the end of treatment.2 months for a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatmentSPSS11.0 statistical software were applied for data analysis.Measurement data using t tests,with Ridit level of data analysis to P＜0.05 as statistically significant difference.Conclusion:There was no significant differences between two groups of patients with age, course of disease,skin lesion.Two groups of patients during 4 months treatment,the clinical efficacy of treatment comparison.The treatment group effect better than the control group,with statistically significant differences and two groups have no adverse.Results:The findings show that treatment of vitiligo with formulaⅠfor white spot is safe, and TCM can significantly improve the treatment of vitiligo patients with skin lesion, deepening pigmentation...
