Objective:Through detection of the CD3+(%),CD4+(%),CD8+(%),CD4+ /CD8+ cell counts of the Uyghur vitiligo patients in the Kashgar, this reaserch initially study the important role of the cellular immunity in the pathogenesis of the Uyghur vitiligo patients in the Kashgar, Through studying the correlation between detection of T cell subsets and vitiligo in the Kashgar and its application,It may play important roles in the evaluation, pathological analysis, treatment and prognosis of the Uyghur vitiligo patients in the KashgarMethods:1. Case selection:Trial group: A random sample of 40 cases of vitiligo patients from Department of Dermatology, the PEOPLE’S FIRST Hospital of Kashgar and Department of Dermatology,The UYGHUR MEDICINE HOSPTIAL of Kashgar were selected as the trial group Control group: 40 cases of healthy volunteers who came for physical examination to the Physical Examination Center of the PEOPLE’S FIRST Hospital of Kashgar were selected as control group.2. Inclusion and Exclusion criteria of the cases:1.) Inclusion criteria: Surely diagnosed vitiligo patients age between 18-60 years old whose willing to participate in the trial. All the patients don’t have other autoimmune diseases, Tuberculosis, AIDS, Tumer, Cardiovascular diseases, Liver and Kidney diseases.Female patients whose Pregnant and Breast feedin g were excluded. All the patients were not received any treatment for one month befor the test.2.) Exclusion criteria: Not surely diagnosed vitiligo patients and the vitiligo patients whom were not willing to participate in the trial.3.) Control group were the healthy volunteers who came for physical examination to the Physical Examination Center of the PEOPLE’S FIRST Hospital of Kashgar. All of them don’t have autoimmune diseases, Tuberculosis, AIDS, Tumer,Cardiovascular diseases, Liver and Kidney diseases.Females whose Pregnant and Breast feeding were excluded. All were healthy people who’re willing to test cellular immunity.3. Test method: The change of T cell subsets of the two groups were detected through FLOW CYTOMETRY, Tests were done in the BEIJING HAISITE LABORATORY of the KINDSTAR GLOBAL.4. Statistical method:Statistical analysis of the test results were done through SPSS 17.0 software.T TEST AND F TEST were used in the Comparision of the change of T cell subsets of the two groups, and the comparision of the T cell subsets of the VITILIGO patients in different periods, different disease courses and different types.P < 0. 05 were the criteria for the statistically significant differense. Results: CD3+(%),CD4+(%),CD8+(%),CD4+ /CD8+ cell counts of the trial group were not statistically different than those in the control group( P 〉 0. 05); CD8+(%) cell counts of vitiligo in progression period were significantly higher than those of the stable period( P < 0. 05) : CD3+(%)cell counts of the vitiligo patients with disease courses were longer than one year were significantly lower than those of the vitiligo patients with disease courses were shorter than one year( P < 0. 05).T lymphocyte cell counts of the vitiligo patients in different types were not statistically different( P 〉 0. 05).Conclusion :T lymphocyte subsets number changes are closely correlated with vitiligo disease courses and progression period,Vitiligio is an autoimmune disease. Immunity is the key in clinical prevention and treatment.
