Objective:Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmentation of the skin and mucous membrane disease, the incidence rate of population is about 0.1% to 2%. At present, the disease is the etiology and pathogen esis is still not clear, there are genetic theory, neural theory, melanocytes selfdes-truct theories and their own immune theory and so on many kinds of theories, but large research evidence more inclined to autoimm une doctrine. T cells and the group are currently research hot spot, some scholars study confirms T lymp-hocytes regulate immune response, plays an important role in patients with adanced vitiligo CD4+T cells peripheral level ob-viously lower than normal control group.Vitiligo treatment is still a tricky dilemmas, mostly by TCM methods necessary treatment of this disease has achieved good effect. TCM holds that the total pathogenesis for vitiligo qi YuZu, context and caused by blood, cure, raise blood qufeng dredging primarily. BaiShang have mixed for TLC identification method for erhuang camp guard, promoting blood circulation to raise blood, but for which the function of concrete mechanism of action but don't know much. The purpose of this study is to observe TLC identify-cation method for erhuang BaiShang before and after treatment for camp guard and type vitiligo T lymphocyte subsets patients periphe- ral blood, discusses the change of BaiShang mechanism for TLC identification method for erhuang T lympho-cyte subsets, and the relationship with vitiligo and clinical signi-ficance occurred and seasonal changes.Methods:1. Refer to the 2005 China ChenDeYu TCM publishing in derma tology editor-in-chief of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine medicine ", established standards, from typify cation in March 2010-2011 February all come to wuhan city dermatological department of hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine doctor expert clinic patients vitiligo, designate personnel to pick accord with camp guard and type of patients with vitiligo diagnostic criteria, were 90 patients prospe-ctiely.2.90 patients immediately into two groups:treatment group of 54, the control group, the 36 cases of its flow cytometric analysis before and after the treatment t-cell subsets classification detection.3. Camp guard and type in your teacher dialectical points are under the guidance of the reference standard, combined with its complete homes.4. All patients into corresponding according to regulations of time to complete peripheral T lymphocyte subsets inspection.5. Observation to camp guard for TLC identification method for erhuang BaiShang vitiligo patients peripheral blood type and the influence of t-cell subsets.6. Observation camp guard vitiligo patients peripheral blood type and T lymphocyte subsets seasonal change, and change of the medicine. 7. Data to mean+sd (x±s) says, measurement data use t-test, P<0.05 have statistical significance, all statistics statistical software SPSS13.0 calculated by.Results:1,90 patients with camp guard and all the diagnosis of type, including vitiligo female patients 48 cases and the total sample 53.33%; Male patients 42 cases, the total sample 46.67% The dis-tribution of each age byX2trend, female patients with male inspect-tion, the patient had no significant difference (P>0.05).2, Before treatment, patients peripheralTcells (vitiligoCD3+) and inhibitory T cells (CD8+), auxiliary T cells (CD4+) are below health in control group (P<0.01), CD4+/CD8+ ratio increased (P<0.0 1). After treatment, CD3+,CD8+,CD4+more before treatment increased (P<0.05), ratio of CD4+/CD8+ decrease (P<0.05).Conclusion:The onset of vitiligo with T lymphocytes autoimmune disorders mediated concerned. BaiShang to fill TLC identification method for erhuang T lymphocyte subsets had immunoregulatory function, treating vitiligo definite effect, safe and good, TCM syndrome differentiation treat vitiligo can significantly reduce the rash area, to any change also has the obvious effect pigments. Disease, vitiligo with seasonal changes obviously chun xia season than autumn winter season multiple, T lymphocyte subsets change also has difference.
