Multi-center Clinical Analysis Of The Treatment Of Acne Vulgaris With No. 1 Anti-inflammatory Mask

Purpose:Select "Chinese medicine prevention of disease operation specification-Chinese medicine facial paste method to deal with acne" issue in the use of No.1 anti-inflammatory mask of 200 cases of acne vulgaris patients for clinical analysis,To understand the treatment of patients after standardized treatment,TCM syndromes between the cure difference,so as to play a guiding role in clinical applications.Material and method:Through the selection of December 2015 to March 2016 in Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Third Hospital,Fuxin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Dandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jinzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,Mianyang traditional Chinese medicine hospital,Xi'an Haitang vocational college medical beauty technology college,The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,Dalian City Dermatology Hospital,Benxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Dandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the use of No.1 anti-inflammatory mask application method to deal with acne vulgaris patients.The clinical analysis of 200 patients with acne vulgaris was made,including gender age,duration of disease,predisposing factors,TCM syndromes and treatment.Results:1.13 to 24 years old the number of patients with acne vulgaris at most 137 cases.And with the increase of age,the number of patients gradually decreased.Male and female acne patients in different age groups in different proportions.With the increase of age,the proportion of male patients in all ages decreased gradually.Women's acne vulgaris in the proportion of all age groups gradually increased.2.Acne vulgaris in patients with the incidence of incentives due to irregular diet,poor habits caused by 125 cases.3.200 cases of acne vulgaris in patients with lung by the heat syndromes and spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome and humid syndrome,and lungs by the highest rate of heat up to 97.59%,the remaining followed by spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome,disorder of chong-red syndrome,turbid phlegm and blood stasis.4.The total effective rate of No.1 anti-inflammatory mask was 94%.Conclusion:1.The incidence of adolescents in the acne vulgaris is the highest.2.The causes of acne vulgaris are related to emotions and lifestyle.3.No.1 anti-inflammatory mask treatment of acne vulgaris have a good effect,especially the treatment of lung by the heat syndromes the most obvious effect.
