Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of The Combination Of Fire Needle And Acne Powder Mask In The Treatment Of Moderate To Severe Acne Vulgaris

Objective: By comparing the efficacy of fire needle combined Dou�Chuang Powders with Adapalene Gel combined red/blue light in the treatment of moderate&severe acne,evaluating the strengths and weaknesses,to provides a safe and effective method for external treatment.Method: the 111 patients following clinic order were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 55)and control group(n = 56).Treatment group using fire needle picking-needling,and external application of Dou�Chuang Powders,twice a week;The control group using alternating red/blue light irradiation,twice a week,and outer applying Adapalene Gel,once every night.Evaluating and recording score once a week,up to 4 weeks.By observing the skin damage changes between the before and after the treatment,adverse reactions,and relapse after treatment,evaluation the clinical effect of fire needle combined combined Dou�Chuang Powders.All the data using SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis.Results:1.After 4 weeks,in treatment group,cure 8 cases,accounted for 14.55%,28 cases were markedly effective,accounted for 50.91%,17 cases effective,accounted for 30.91%,ineffective in 2 cases,accounted for 3.63%,markedly effective rate of65.45%,the total effective rate of 96.36%;The control group cure 1 case,accounted for 1.79%,6 cases were markedly effective,accounted for 10.71%,accounted for51.79%,effective,and 20 cases,accounted for 35.71%,markedly effective rate of12.50%,total effective rate was 64.29%.After statistics processing,curative effect of two groups existing significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group better than the control group.Significant difference between the integration of skin damages before and after treatment(P<0.05).Both methods are effective.2.There is significant difference in the integration of every skin damagesbetween before and after the treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).The treatment group is obviously effective in every skin damages of acne;Comparely,there is no statistical significance in the integration of nodules and cyst(P > 0.05).The rest of the skin damages is positive.The control group is significantly effective,except the nodules and cyst.Conclusion:Fire needle combined Dou Chuang Powders is a safe and effective external treatment method.
