Clinical Observation On Treatment Of The Heat-wet In Spleen And Stomach Syndrome Acne By Oral Chinese Medicine Combined With Jiuweixiaocuo Mask

Objective:This subject was studied through clinical observation,evaluation,statistics and comparison of symptom score before and after treatment of acne patients.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of jiuweixiaocuo mask for the treatment of the heat-wet in spleen and stomach syndrome acne.Methods:This experiment adopts the principle of randomization and control.80 patients who meet the standard were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Each group had 40 patients.Both of them were taken by oral Chinese medicine.The experimental group were used jiuweixiaocuo mask once a day,and the control group were treated with clindamycin phosphate gel twice a day.The course of treatment was four weeks.The symptom scores were evaluated in the treatment of 2W and 4W,and the evaluation of efficacy were evaluated by scoring.Results:A total of 69 patients completed the experiment,including 37 in the experimental group and 32 in the control group.After 4W of the treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group or the control group was 97.30% and 81.25%.After statistical analysis,there were significant differences between the two groups in total effective rate comparison,and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that the other one(p<0.05).After 4W of the treatment,the main symptoms and the minor symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved.There were significant differences between the two groups in alleviating the main symptoms,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in alleviating the minor symptoms,and the efficacy was similar(p>0.05).There was 1 patient showing slight itching of the experimental group in the test.The symptoms improved following the doctor's advice,and did not affect the treatment.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of oral Chinese medicine combined with jiuweixiaocuo mask for the treatment of the heat-wet in spleen and stomach syndrome acne was significantly betterthan that of oral Chinese medicine combined with clindamycin phosphate gel.The efficacy of jiuweixiaocuo mask was better than clindamycin phosphate gel in the improvement of facial skin lesions.Jiuweixiaocuo mask is worthy of clinical application for safety and reliability.
