Clinical Observation On Using The Fengyangsan To Treat Active Chronic Urticaria(Syndrome Of Wind And Dryness Due To Blood Deficiency)

Objective:Observation and objective evaluation according to experience "itching wind scattered clinical curative effect of the treatment of chronic urticaria (blood deficiency and wind dryness), for the further development of reliable curative effect, the use of pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation convenient to lay a good foundation.Methods:The 63 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n= 33) and control group (n=33). Treatment group oral wind itching powder; the control group oral Qufeng Zhiyang oral liquid.Results:The clinical observation showed that after 6 weeks after treatment, two groups of clinical symptoms and signs were improved, the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment group 93.8%, control group total effective rate was 77.4%, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). In the control of the degree of itching, wheal size and the frequency of attacks,there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). In the aspect of distribution and control the duration of the two groups had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). For the 3 months of follow-up of cured patients recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of control group in 1,2 months the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference in the recurrence rate (P>0.05), there was significant difference in the recurrence rate of group third months treatment group and control (P<0.05).Conclusion:Two groups of drugs in the treatment of chronic urticaria are effective, the treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, control of recurrence than the control group, it is worth in clinical promotion.
