Objective:To compare their every index and corresponding clinical self-symptoms and objective symtoms change on T lymphocyte subsets inperipheral blood through before and after treatment on chronic urticaria(syndrome of wind-dryness due to blood deficiency) patients dividely with pure Chinese materia medica or Chinese materia medica combining with auricular point, then find the more effect treating methods and provide reference for choosing different tradional Chinese medicine treating ways and immune regulation pharmaceuticals on clinical chronic urticaria patients of syndrome of wind-dryness due to blood deficiency and different T lymphocyte subsets. Methods:To choose chronic urticaria patients with definite diagnosis and elect60patients of syndrome of wind-dryness due to blood deficiency by syndrome differentiation and type distinguishment of traditional Chinese medicine. Then divide them into treatment group for29patients(Chinese angelica yin zi add and subtract combining pasting and pressuring auricular point therapy) and control group for31patients(pure Chinese angelica yin zi add and subtrac) randomly. To set up35normal persons as blank control group, extract fasting blood and detect serum T lymphocyte subsets with flow cytometry:CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+, then compare the difference of various group. To compare their every index and corresponding clinical self-symptoms and objective symtoms change on T lymphocyte subsets inperipheral blood through before and after treatment on chronic urticaria(syndrome of wind-dryness due to blood deficiency) patients dividely with pure Chinese materia medica or Chinese materia medica combining with auricular point, then find the more effect treating methods and provide reference for choosing different tradional Chinese medicine treating ways and immune regulation pharmaceuticals on clinical chronic urticaria patients of syndrome of wind-dryness due to blood deficiency and different T lymphocyte subsets.Results:1、Comparison between treatment group and healthy.group:CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were of obvious statistic significance(P<0.01). Comparison between controlled group and healthy group:CD8+was of no statistic significance(P>0.05). CD3+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+were of statistic significance(P<0.05).2、Two groups of CU (syndrome of wind-dryness due to blood deficiency) patients was statistically significant in men and women distribution proportion, profession distribution proportion and age distribution proportion (P<0.05),while no statistically significant (P>0.05) in course of disease distribution proportion.3、Comparisons of T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+) before treatment between two groups of CU patients were of no statistic significance (P>0.05). Comparison of CD3+after treatment between two groups of CU patients was of no statistic significance (P>0.05), while CD4+, CD8+, and CD4+/CD8+were of statistic significance (P<0.05). Comparisons of symptom-sign scores and therapeutic effects after treatment were of statistic significance (P<0.05).4、Comparisons of T-cells between treatment group and healthy group were of no statistic significance (P>0.05), while those between controlled group and healthy group were of statistic significance (P<0.05)Conclusion:1T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+and CD4+/CD8+) value of Two groups of CU (syndrome of wind-dryness due to blood deficiency) patients is both lower than that of healthy control group, so there is statistically significant.lt proves that therapy effect of treatment group is obviously superior to that of control group by comparing T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+and CD4+/CD8+),meanwhile,it points out that the immune dysfunctional condition of CU patients can offer reference for choosing immune regulation pharmaceuticals in clinical treatment.2Pasting and pressuring auricular point therapy has positive assisted effects on chronic urticaria(syndrome of wind-dryness due to blood deficiency) patients.
