The Curative Effect Observation Of Zhenlong Shengji Powder On Wound Healing After Low-set Simple Anal Fistula

Objectives This study aims to investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhenlongshengji Powder on postoperative wound healing of low-set simple anal fistula of downward flow damp-heat.Methods A total of 74 patients with low-set simple anal fistula of downward flow dampheat treated in Baoding No.1 Hospital of TCM,who met the study criteria,were divided into two groups according to a random number table and the serial number of visits:treatment group(Zhenlongshengji Powder dressing change group,n=37)and control group(vaseline gauze dressing change group,n=37).The low-set simple anal fistula myotomy were performed under lumbar anesthesia for the patients in the two groups.After operation,these patients were treated with routine anorectal dressing changes of which the patients in the treatment group received Zhenlongshengji Powder evenly distributing on the sterile gauze covering the wound while the patients in the control group received the vaseline gauze covering the wound.The basic information of age,sex,course of disease and initial wound area were recorded.Postoperative pain score,edema score,secretion score,postoperative wound area and healing rate of the patients were observed and recorded in the two groups.The results of bacterial culture at day 1 and 7 after operation were recorded.The patients are instructed to review regularly and record the healing time after discharge.During the test period,if there are adverse reactions such as skin allergies,which should be timely symptomatically treated and detailed in the records.Results Two groups among 74 patients,three patients were eliminated.Finally,36 patients in the treatment group and 35 patients in the control group were included in the final statistical analysis.1 The difference in age,sex,course of disease and initial wound area was not statistically significant(P>0.05)in the two groups,indicating that the two groups were comparable.2 The patients of the two groups were cured within 30 days.Therefore,the total response rate of the two groups was 100%.3 The wound healing time,postoperative wound area at day 7 and 14 and calculated wound healing rate in the treatment group were stronger than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 The postoperative pain scores at day 2 and 7 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the results at day 14 after operation were not different(P>0.05)between the two groups.5 The postoperative edema scores at day 3,7 and 14 in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 The difference in secretion score at day 3,7 and 14 after operation was not significant(P>0.05)between the two groups.7 The difference in the results of bacterial culture at day 1 after operation was not significant(P>0.05)between the two groups.The positive detection rate at day 7 in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were reported during the medications between the two groups.Conclusions Compared with vaseline gauze,Zhenlongshengji Powder can accelerate wound healing,shorten wound healing time and inhibit wound pain,edema and bacterial proliferation in treating patients with low-set simple anal fistula of downward flow dampheat after operation.Figure0;Table13;Reference 131...
