Observation On The Effects Of Honey And Shengji Powder Mixture In Wound Healing After Low Simple Anal Fistula

[Objective]This research was focused on wound healing effects on wound healing after operation of low simple anal fistula.The wound were treated with honey mixed with myogenic powderor normal saline mixed with myogenic powder.The wound healing effects were evaluated by the following indicates,including wound pain score,wound healing score,wound healing rate,and the healing days.All the differences in the treating process were compared,the results can provide references for wound healing treatment of low simple anal fistula in clinic.[Methods]In our research,we chose 160 patients with low-simple anal fistula treated in the anorectal department of our hospital from september 2018 to october 2019.All the patients were following inclusion criteria.These researches were done with the patients'consent.These patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the research group,both groups had 80 patients.The research group was treated by honey mixed with myogenic powder.The opposite was that the control group was treated by normal saline mixed with myogenic powder.All the indicates were recorded and analyzed by SPSS 22.0,the indicates including wound pain score,wound healing score,wound healing rate,and the healing days.[Results]All the patients had no differences on gender,age,BMI,and wound area.Therefore,the comparison had no statistical significance before wound healing(P>0.05).(1)On the 2nd?4th and 7th days,the differences on wound pain between the two groups had statistical differences(P<0.05).The opposite result was analyzed on the 10th day after surgery.(2)On the 3rd and 7th days after treatment,the differences on wound pain score between the two groups had statistical differences(P>0.05).The opposite results were analyzed on the 14th and 17th day after surgery.(3)On the 3rd and 7th days after surgery,the differences on wound healing rate between the two groups had statistical differences(P>0.05).(4)The average wound healing time was 24.98 days in the research group and 29.87 days in the control group.There was no statistical significance on wound healing time between the groups.[Conclusion]Honey and myosheng powder have the following advantages in the postoperative wound surface of low simple anal fistula:(1)In the early stage of wound healing,that is,inflammatory exudative stage,honey and shengjisan,due to their physical viscosity,form a good barrier for the wound surface,which can effectively prevent the bacteria from entering the wound surface in the external environment,protect the exposed peripheral nerve fibers,and effectively relieve the pain of patients.(2)In the middle stage of wound healing,namely the granulation hyperplasia stage,honey and myosheng powder can activate the activity of protease,stimulate the formation of new capillaries,accelerate the rate of granulation hyperplasia,and promote wound healing.(3)In the late stage of wound healing,namely the epithelial crawling stage,honey and shengjiesan provided a wet healing environment for the wound surface,and the migration rate of epidermal cells was reduced to shorten the healing days.After this study,it was found that in the wound healing treatment of patients with low level simple anal fistula after surgery,honey and shengji powder can play a very good therapeutic effect,and at the same time,the side effects are small and the cost is low,so it has a wide application prospect in clinical practice.
