Objective: To study the laser speckle imaging technique, observation of patients with knee osteoarthritis and normal foot Shaoyang meridians rib lesions skin blood flow changes, preliminary exploration of patients with knee osteoarthritis and foot Shaoyang meridians with pathological characteristic of rib lesions, lay the foundation for the research of the essence of meridian.Materials and methods: Collecting 100 term Shaoyang meridians injury of knee osteoarthritis patients and 100 healthy volunteers, using moor FLPI2 laser speckle technique to observe the patients with lower extremity foot Shaoyang meridian tendons into inferior bone Ling,Yang Ling, fibular head, peroneal, main rib lesions on blood perfusion, and compared with the corresponding part of the surface of volunteers perfusion;and observe acupuncture with the rib rib lesions after tendon lesions change Ling next time, each node of the flow,in the needle acupuncture 5min,10 min,15min,20 min, blood perfusion.SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1 The knee osteoarthritis patients with lower extremity, volunteer Ling Yang Ling, fibula, bone, peroneal five foot Shaoyang meridians tendons node surface perfusion, blood perfusion compared with volunteers, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2 The statistics of the blood perfusion after the second needling showed that the blood perfusion of the two groups increased rapidly, and decreased to a stable level after 5min.Between the two groups, before and after acupuncture, immediately after acupuncture, after acupuncture,5min,10 min,15min and 20 min,the blood perfusion of volunteers was lower than that of the patients, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared with the 20 min after acupuncture, the blood perfusion of the two groups was higher than that before acupuncture, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3 The statistical analysis of the blood perfusion after the second needling showed that the blood perfusion of the two groups increased rapidly, and decreased to a stable level after 5min.Between the two groups, before and after acupuncture, immediately after acupuncture, after acupuncture,5min,10 min,15min and 20 min,the blood perfusion of volunteers was lower than that of the patients, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared with the 20 min after acupuncture, the blood perfusion of the two groups was higher than that before acupuncture, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4 The statistical analysis of the blood perfusion of the fibular head showed that the blood pressure of the two groups increased rapidly, and decreased to a stable level after 5min.Between the two groups, before and after acupuncture, immediately after acupuncture, after acupuncture,5min,10 min,15min and 20 min,the blood perfusion of volunteers was lower than that of the patients, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared with the 20 min after acupuncture, the blood perfusion of the two groups was higher than that before acupuncture, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).5 The statistical analysis of the blood perfusion volume of the two groups showed that the immediate blood perfusion of the two groups increased rapidly and decreased to a stable level after 5min.Between the two groups, before and after acupuncture, immediately after acupuncture, after acupuncture,5min,10 min,15min and 20 min,the blood perfusion of volunteers was lower than that of the patients, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared with the 20 min after acupuncture, the blood perfusion of the two groups was higher than that before acupuncture, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).6 The statistics of the blood perfusion after the second needling showed that the immediate blood perfusion of the two groups increased rapidly and decreased to a stable level after 5min.Between the two groups, before and after acupuncture, immediately after acupuncture, after acupuncture,5min,10 min,15min and 20 min,the blood perfusion of volunteers was lower than that of the patients, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared with the 20 min after acupuncture, the blood perfusion of the two groups was higher than that before acupuncture, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion: 1 Knee osteoarthritis can cause the injury of the tendons, tendons and joints of the body surface blood flow perfusion increased.2 The blood perfusion of the other tendons on the same meridian can be improved by the needling of the tendons and tendons.
