Purpose: The patients with three-Yin type osteoarthritis of the knee were treated with acupuncture at the point of tendon focus and compared with the traditional acupoint treatment group in order to clarify the therapeutic effect. It can treatment for the osteoarthritis of the knee.Clinical data and methods: All cases were selected from the patients in the outpatient and inpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in January 2017-2017 December, and recruited from the acupuncture and Massage College of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,96 patients with three yin type osteoarthritis of the knee were selected. Before treatment, all the patients were marked with observation point, and the blood flow rate was monitored by laser speckle instrument, and the VAS score and WOMAC score were performed on the patients. On foot three yin meridians of palpation of tendons of patients in the treatment group, the acupuncture treatment of rib lesions: blood,Yin Ling,Liao Liao, patellar biguan,Yin Ling,Yin Lian,Kei door,Ququan. The traditional acupuncture group were acupunctured: Sanyinjiao, kneeocular point, yinlingquan Xuehai,Yin Valley cave, cave,Ququan acupoint, knee point etc. After the end of the course of treatment, the laser speckle contrast imaging instrument was used to monitor the blood flow again before the observation points, and the VAS score and WOMAC score were performed again. The data of all patients were counted and compared after the treatment. Results: 1.Blood perfusion volume comparison: there was no significant difference in blood perfusion between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment, the blood perfusion volume of the two groups was all decreased(P < 0.05),and the needling tendons lesion group was significantly lower than that of the traditional acupuncture group(P < 0.05).2.VAS pain score comparison: there was no significant difference in VAS pain scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment, the scores of two groups were all decreased(P < 0.05),and the needling tendons lesion group was significantly lower than that of acupuncture traditional acupuncture group(P < 0.05).3.WOMAC functional score comparison: there was no significant difference in WOMACfunction score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment, the scores of the two groups were all decreased(P < 0.05),and the needling tendons in the lesion group were significantly lower than those in the traditional acupuncture group(P < 0.05).4.curative effect evaluation and comparison: the effective rate of acupuncture and tendon lesion group was 96%,the effective rate of acupuncture group was 90%,and the effect of acupuncture point group was better than that of traditional acupuncture group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture can obviously reduce the velocity of blood flow on the skin surface around the knee joint.2.The point of focal point of acupuncture has obvious analgesic effect on osteoarthritis of the knee.3.The focal point of needle reinforcement can obviously improve the function of the knee joint and improve the quality of life.4.The effect of acupuncture on the focal point of the knot is more significant than that of the traditional acupuncture point.5.Laser speckle imaging technique is help to establish the objective evaluation index of meridians therapy.
