Research purposes:Through observing the clinical effect of acupuncture on mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis under the guidance of meridian theory and meridian-tendon theory, this study explores the clinical effectiveness and superiority of meridian-tendon theory in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,so as to provide a more effective treatment scheme for the future clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Research methods:Forty outpatients with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis from August 2018 to January 2019 in the Hospital were selected. After signing the informed consent form, they were divided into two groups by simple random method:meridian differentiation acupuncture group and meridian-tendon differentiation acupuncture group. The meridian-collateral syndrome differentiation needling group was treated with acupuncture according to the routine diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis in?Acupuncture and Moxibustion Science?,while the meridian-tendon syndrome differentiation needling group should first search for the focal points of tendons before needling, and then give them acupuncture treatment after marking. The treatment lasted for 5 days,a total of 2 courses, followed up for 1 month after the end of treatment. After 1 month,VAS score and WOMAC score were used to evaluate and record the scores. Then, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and evaluated by statistics. The results are as follows:1.40 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into meridian syndrome differentiation acupuncture group and meridian-tendon syndrome differentiation acupuncture group. There were 20 patients in each group. Before the beginning of treatment, the general data of patients collected, such as gender, age,BMI index, duration of disease,VAS score,WOMAC score, were analyzed by chi-square test and independent t test. The P value was>0.05,indicating that there was no difference in baseline data between the two groups.Comparability.2.There were significant differences in VAS and WOMAC scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).3.Comparing the VAS score and WOMAC score of the two groups before and after treatment and one month after the end of treatment,we draw the conclusion that the VAS score is before treatment>after two courses of treatment>after one month after the end of treatment;before treatment>after two courses of treatment>after one month after the end of treatment;before treatment>after two courses of treatment>after one month after the end of treatment.4.Statistical analysis of WOMAC score showed that pain score before treatment>after two courses of treatment>one month after the end of treatment;stiff score before treatment>after two courses of treatment=one month after the end of treatment;daily activity difficulty score before treatment>after two courses of treatment>one month after the end of treatment.Research conclusions:1.With meridian theory and meridian tendon theory as the theory, guiding acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis can obtain good clinical efficacy;2.Compared with meridian syndrome differentiation acupuncture group, meridian syndrome differentiation acupuncture group is more effective in improving pain and difficulty of daily activities of knee osteoarthritis patients, but there is no obvious advantage or disadvantage in alleviating stiffness of knee joint.3.Most of the focal points of tendons found by touch clinic are joint space, tendon, ligament attachment and bursa, which may be related to the different stress and tension at different places during exercise.4.Compared with meridian theory, the application of meridian-tendon theory in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is more effective.
